Staff was great, and thats the only thing they have going for them. Agreed to $15 safe travel insurance and was charged $30. Had it 1 extra hour then predicted and ended up costing an extra $40, but also went under miles predicted. Overall, $135 for 7 hrs, absolutely ridiculous when they advertise 29.99 a day.

Today@10:50 am I was almost hit by 1 of your drivers in the Kroger parking lot on 26233 Hoover, Warren, MI. I was walking to my car and the black male driver blew a stop sign. The driver later parked in front of the store before entering Kroger. This man is a dangerous driver and a liability. Here is the plate info.

Just supposed to drop off a truck. Sat in the drop off spot during business hours for 15 minutes. Nobody came out. So I did the self drop off, put the truck behind the building, not blocking any doors or driveways. As soon as I finish some guy comes out and tells me I need to move the truck. I've been here close to 20 minutes now. I ask him where, he says "it's a one way truck" ok cool. Horribly unhelpful. I assume the drop off process shouldn't be this difficult. Choose a different drop off location and save yourself the headache.

I'm sure every rental place is different, but this particular one I rented from did not inspect this truck. After I loaded the truck I noticed the right inner tire was flat and had no valve stem. I drove 2 miles to my house from that location. I had this fixed at a garage. I doubt the valve stem disappeared on my 2 mile drive. The wear tabs on the brakes were squealing badly. The truck stopped running 3 times on me, twice on the freeway and the final time on a side street. Then uhaul tried to charge me $1045 due to it being towed to a different facility.

Absolutely. Nothing. The young gentleman knew exactly what he was supposed to do. He knows where everything is. He was fast efficient, polite and extremely helpful

Went to fill propane tank. Guy said few minutes 15 minutes later still didn't show so I left.

I would not recommend this location ( Groesbeck) the staff are very un professional, rude and have attitudes ( especially the young kid !!!!
