I was in there today, Wednesday in the morning and asked sales girl to help me find lipliner and she said they must not have restocked it. Well there’s an end cap that has the specific one I was looking for. She didn’t even try and she was on her phone texting . Now the cashier was wonderful! That girl is going places!

Eden was absolutely fantastic! She was so friendly, really listened, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure I got a cut that worked for me—my hair type, my lifestyle, and even how much time I actually want to spend styling it each day. She took her time, and I walked out so happy with the result. My hair looks amazing!
To be honest, I hadn’t had a haircut in a couple of years because of so many bad experiences in the past. But since I shop at Ulta for everything and trust the brand, I finally decided to give their salon a try—and I’m so glad I did. The whole experience was wonderful, and the price was very reasonable for a full service (wash, cut, and dry). There’s nothing better than how your hair feels after a fresh cut, and finding someone I can trust with it has been huge.
I can’t say enough good things about Eden. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and just truly great at what she does. Highly recommend!

Was recommended the juvias place I am natural radiance foundation(gabon) for my 30th photoshoot. No flashback! Highly recommend! I was shown how to make it soft matte too. It lasted 7 hours. Thank you so much

I'm not sure why, but this is the only store that I have shopped with since 2020 online that requires you to use an ID for in store pickup. I've literally shopped EVERYWHERE and never have I been hassled about my ID, even after showing my original email message with my order number. Not a picture, a screenshot, or even a forwarded message. The ORIGINAL email message. So I will no longer spend my money here. I will buy my items from Amazon, I should have checked there first anyway. This is the second time that I've had this issue here. I thought it may have just been the cashier the first time, but now I know it wasn't. It seems that a lot of people of color have had issues with this particular location.

Most helpful employee ever! I had no clue on which products to buy for my niece, who has very sensitive skin. One of the managers, Chloe i believe (the blonde girl), went above and beyond to help out someone so clueless as myself lol! Thank you for your assistance with this, my niece was thrilled with the selections you recommended? Definitely be telling friends and family about my experience!

I love this ulta!!! I needed something and they were helpful with finding what I needed and the stuff they recommended worked perfectly!!! Checkup was the best the cashier was so sweet and just awesome!!!!
