Horrible mail delivery service, it's been about a week since a mail carrier has come into Zeidman's Jewelry and Loan to either drop off mail or pick up outgoing mail. This is after we already talked to the mail carrier about always coming in, regardless of whether we have mail coming that day or not. we are a place of business where we are sending our customers important information regarding their accounts.

Our Post Office is the best.Everyone is friendly and Helpful .There job is not easy dealing with most people who do not even have knowledge of the English launguage let alone how to properly go about packaging and addressing mail.One employee is continuously doing passports.This post office deserves a award.There patience is absolutely amazing.

Terrible mail, terrible delivery, irresponsible couriers, I waited for my delivery from another country for more than two weeks, there were things that were sewn to order for an important event, the courier simply left my order under the wrong door, and I asked all the neighbors and no one received my parcel, although it says delivered, then I went to the post office, they showed me that there was a signature that the parcel was received, and the signature there was not mine, and the supervisor Frank ignored us for a long time, in conclusion a week passed, we called again, he said the courier does not know where he left my parcel, and they can do nothing, he said to order again, that is, no one will give me the money, it is not a small amount, so the clothes were sewn specifically for my event that will take place this week, they tell me to order again, at the checkout the terrible employees look down on you, as if it is your fault that your parcel was lost and not theirs, I will clarify once again TERRIBLE POST OFFICE AND ESPECIALLY IRRESPONSIBLE COURIERES!!!! They need to put their employees in order there

Scheduled another pick up of packages. Caught postman on route. He said noone gave him form for pick up and no room in truck. Called post office and made an issue. Ever since with no response, calls go unanswered and eventually disconnects saying sorry we couldn't connect you. This was at 3.47pm. I had to take the packages to post office again. This is like 5 out of 7 times where I was left hanging.

I guess its impossible to report your mail man delivering other people mail to my house. Time sensitive 😮 items in that last month 5times. If people don't get court papers and other things 😕 its possible that the Warren office doesn't correct the employee mail carriers properly

Crazy how often a package will bounce between usps hubs. Why would my package go from Detroit to Pontiac, back to detroit and now a live plant is sitting once again at the Pontiac location... thanks for killing my sundew. This is an overall review of the USPS, not singling out the Warren MI

They left 2 notices of no one being home to deliver something that required a signature. They never knocked or even attempted to deliver the letter. I am always home and hear them drop my mail in my mailbox and watch the letter carrier walk across my lawn to my neighbors house directly in front of my wide open windows.

This is by far the best post office I’ve ever been too! Transactions are as smooth as each employees personality! It’s the only post office where if there’s a longer line than usual sometimes, more employees come out to get people taken care of efficiently. Seems like the post office that has a full stock of what you need to package your shipments and also labels stocked where you don’t have to ask for them.

Horrible location doesn't care about customers only them selves the post master doesn't care when things are brought to his attention and almost all of the front end cashiers are just as terrible they like to yell at people across the room and even tho you have proof of the mail carrier lying and have submitted everything to where it needs to be they refuse to do anything about personally you need a new person running the show because obviously he cannot handle his own job

The manager there is racist. I have a little accent and due to that she treated me like I was so dumb just because i mispronounced something. Horrible customer service don’t go there at all. I had to go back and get my wedding invitations because I felt like she was going to throw them away. I was not wrong because when I went back the invitations were put in a box on the side instead of the delivery box.

This is extremely frustrating. My package (USPS Tracking #: 9400111206240838037890) was marked as “Delivered in/at mailbox” at 12 PM, but it was not in my locked mailbox. I checked immediately. There was no delivery notice, no parcel key, and nothing left around the box. I filed a police report and even contacted the local post office, but got no helpful response or explanation.
If the package was scanned as delivered, where is it? Either it was delivered to the wrong box, never delivered at all, or the scan was done early. This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially when people rely on USPS to handle sensitive deliveries securely.
Please stop falsely marking packages as delivered when they’re not. This damages trust and leaves customers helpless when things missing.

Go to a different post office. This one is understaffed and not too efficient. There's usually a long line and not enough clerks to handle it.

They have a package a mile from my house and it still took 2 days to get there , they are messed up.
