Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Short staff isn’t the reason, they drag their feet. Likely underpaid or feel entitled to more pay. Either way it’s a work ethic issue for sure.

The service here needs refinement. I came here today to pick up my mom’s continuous glucose monitor. I came to pick it up and they only gave me the receiver. I called after arriving home and they told me they noticed the other script, and just now would fill it. I drove back and it was not ready. They told me to wait a couple minutes. I waited 15 additional minutes and it still was not ready. A total waste of an hour and gas money….

They don't know their own policy and tell you that you can't return without a receipt. I had to contact customer service by email so they could learn their own policy. And they still wanted to say no returns without your receipt. These employees need trainings on their policy. But they did return my stuff after I had to email customer service on their policy for returns. But they did return my stuff with an attitude. I was right and they were wrong.

You don't deserve me to be a customer in your pharmacy. Because I call you more than 100 time. Waiting more than 15 minute every single time. and nobody answer the phone guys if you don't know how to answer the phone how you open a business.

pharmacy is always busy. they never answer the phone. they never have scripts done in a timely manner and they are NEVER staffed appropriately. I miss Rite Aid.

Worst pharmacy ever. Don't try calling. If you can go somewhere else to fill your prescriptions go somewhere else. This pharmacy isn't worth your time, money, or patience.

I had to wait 45 minutes going through drive-through to get my medicine. They need to hire more people and they had over 10 people waiting in line inside the store.

Completely incompetent pharmacy. They never receive my doctor's orders or notify my when my prescriptions are ready even though I've called customer support about it multiple times.

Dad had a prescription called multiple times talked to pharmacy technician advised me dads prescription costs over $100 when I asked if insurance was billed he said I needed to call and see why not covered was not part of his job . Advised him dad has great coverage never paid $100 and never been charged before basically ignored me 3 times When I asked his name he refused to tell me acted as of phone was cutting out and eventually hung up I called back medicine very critical for dad to take and hung up . Eventually went to drs office had them call and talked to same guy named Jospeh finally let us talk to pharmacist and she advised us to disregard and it was no charge . Had I not been here for dad he would have not known it was never ran through insurance and he prob would have never picked up cause he cannot afford to pay over $100 for prescriptions. Sad and shame people cannot be misguided when it comes to medications . Joseph does not need to be dealing with people if he’s misinformed esp when people’s lives are at steak …
