Horrible wait times! When you call you will be on hold for at least 30-45 minutes. Then they will pick up the phone for a quick second and then put you back on hold. I've received texts and emails that a prescription is ready only to drive up there and it's not ready.

Put on hold over and over. Needed my meds tight away but hadvyo wait ujtil thr next day. Finally being told sfterbbeing thrre twice in dame day. 8 people working snd no one ansers phone.

I wish I could give this pharmacy a "0" star. Employes are slackers. They don't pick up the phone to answer call.if they do pick up the call they put it down again. This location will never fill any prescription on time. Or theh will make excuses.No help from this pharmacy. If you have younger kids with life threatening medical issues. Please do not rely on this phatatic pharmacy. Save your time

Pharmacy is run like crap. Nothing is ever in stock. Pharmacy staff is not very helpful. Use any other pharmacy. Walgreens employees need customer service training

Just went there to grab some Kleenex and hair coloring. The young lady that waited on me was wonderful! Very kind. We need more people like here. I hope this survey finds the right person!!

I enjoy coming to this store because I usually find everything I need. Everyone is nice except for one cashier. She won’t check for medication in stock, I ended up coming to the store and finding it myself. Not helpful. She’s too inexperienced to be working at Walgreens. I feel uncomfortable whenever I see this cashier at the front.

Terrible customer service. Never anyone at the registers. Went today to get help with a passport photo and was not helped whatsoever had to leave and go to a different location. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I'm a M.A at PMG & I was calling Pharmacy for a Mutual Pt of 1 of my physicians. I was on hold for 17 minutes before I was able to speak to a Pharmacy Tech......I was then transferred to the Pharmacist line where I held for 7 more min before being DC. I called back & was DC right away....I tried a 3rd time & waited 5 min to get a pharm tech & stated I was on hold 2 other times, was DC, & I need to speak to a pharmacist regarding a mutual pt. They transferred me a 3rd time to pharm like & I rcv'd a recording stating to call back & try again later.
VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SKILLS AS WELL AS CARING ABOUT A DRS. OFFICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MY PT KEEP COMING TO THIS PHARMACY.

If you want to be LIED to about your prescriptions. They say it’s not there and then 30 seconds later it’s there. Lie it would be ready next day and it’s not. And he also put a hold on the same then he said be ready today. Hold is not from doctor, so the pharmacist that did that, of course not there. Three days waiting for this med. 3 days. Horrible Horrible Horrible service. Lie with zero consequences, with no concern for patients that been out of it.
It’s sad that they don’t care about you. My past pharmacy Rite Aid did. Definitely not Walgreens.

I've never encountered a pharmacy as disorganized as this one. The drive-through window is frequently closed without notice, and their drug stock is consistently inadequate. Essential medications often have a wait time of several weeks.
Instead of addressing concerns, the pharmacists provide vague excuses about insurance coverage, even when that's not the issue. They seem unable to handle the necessary paperwork.
Calling the pharmacy is a frustrating experience, as I've been hung up on multiple times.
To save yourself time and aggravation, I recommend going to Kroger instead.
I'm so dissatisfied that I wish Google Reviews allowed for negative ratings.

Horrible place. They can't even do math! 30 days from the 10th is very close to being the 10th most of the time but not here 30 days is from the 10th to the 17th. Was told I'm trying to do illegal things. As soon as this month is done I'm never going back.

I have had NOTHING but issues with this pharmacy since I was moved over here due to Rite Aid closing. Every single time, something is screwed up. I have to talk to 3 people just to see if they have my medication is in stock. The pharmacy isn't that big to have 3 different medication depts. They ran my insurance 3 times and caused me a huge headache to get my medication because it now said I can't have any refills for 3 months. I was on the phone with my insurance for 2 hours trying to explain and get it fixed. Walgreens didn't know how to run a sub insurance card/coupon card. They gave me the wrong medication for my son. Glad I double checked. A couple of the girls have huge attitudes. I'm in the process of looking for another pharmacy. Good luck to whoever has their scripts at this Walgreens.
