I'd avoid this one or Walgreens in general. They can figure out how to stagger their lunch break so the pharmacy is not open between 1pm-2pm.

Worst ever, pharmacy is slow! I swear they don’t answer! Also they must not fill prescriptions until you got on pick them up! Might be a couple good cashiers, but that’s about it! Avoid at all costs!

This Walgreens pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and lacking. I've tried all week to call and find out information about my prescription and every single time I call, no matter if I call in the morning, afternoon or evening, I'm placed on hold for over 15 minutes and eventually the line hangs up on me after NEVER having reached a person to talk to. I really don't know why the problem is so extreme! I've read all the other reviews on here about the pharmacy and they all say basically the same thing. Not at all helpful or professional in the manner of answering phones in a timely fashion I suggest if you need to go to this location's pharmacy to visit them in person as you will NEVER be able to reach a person over the phone.

The pharmacy is there to assist sick people, service is extremely slow! They can only say sorry! As they chit chat it up! They only work on your prescription when you show up for pick up! I shouldn’t have to wait over 6 hours for my prescription, call have to wait over 22 minutes to speak to a team member because online is saying my prescription is out of stock. It took for me to call for them to call another location about filing my prescription! Not cool. I feel bad for the staff it seems like it’s not enough staff to take the orders they are receiving!

This store is definitely run by untrained associates from the pharmacy to the store manager. Went there for a simple flu shot couldn't figure it out. Forty minutes my wife and I waited. Worst store in the county

Terrible pharmacy and wait times. They should close this location. And also all if your private information is right out in front of the pharmacy behind the counter. Go elsewhere!!

My parents and I recently switched all our prescriptions over to Meijer across the street because this Walgreen's is horrendous, most of the pharmacists are rude, are lazy, clueless, and extremely slow for no reason, on top of that the photo department is good quality, but most of the staff do not know how to work the printers and didn't cut my large photos.

I tried getting a prescription filled for 2 weeks. After the second time I called (which was the 2d week) the pharmacist said, " let me tell you what 'back ordered' means". And told me to stop calling.
I would suggest finding another pharmacy, they are a dime a dozen.

I would put 0 stars if I could this place is the worst and extremely slow I have to wait in the drive thru or the in the store for an hour it’s always a line of people inside or a line of people in the drive thru hell im waiting in the drive through as I write this it doesn’t matter what time you come it can be an hour before they open or close still waiting I hate that they closed the one on 9 and van dyke at least they was fast

Ordered a pick up for children's medicine online and it told me to pick up. I get to the window and they tell me they don't have it. Employee was too lazy to go get it. STOP TELLING PEOPLE TO PICK UP THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH IF YOU'RE EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY. Then I go in and they tried to say I didn't pay for it. Also it smelled like marijuana. They must be smoking in there as well. Throw the whole store away. Rude, disgusting, disrespectful,inconsiderate people man. If you don't like your job don't show up.
