You just got into an accident, that caused major damage to your car. What are the first things that go through your mind? First, I need to call my insurance company, second how much is this going to cost me, third, can I afford the premium to fix my car and finally, who can I trust to give me a fair price to fix my car.
This is a lot to process in a short period of time, and you are faced with hard decisions. What I learned is the insurance company will pressure you to go with their repair shop, and there is a reason why they do this.
Not understanding the process and not fully trusting my insurance company, I took my car to the repair shop the insurance company recommended. They quoted $4,000 repair minus $850 deductible I had to pay up front. Now I am at the third step, can I afford the premium to fix my car. If you are like me, an average person living paycheck to paycheck, I did not have a savings of $850. I started to research my options on the internet and found, The Collision Shop in the city of Warren. I called the Collision Shop and spoke with Ray, who explained to me his repair shop will waive my premium thus saving me money. Ray explained to me that insurance companies want you to use their recommended repair shop because their shops give insurance companies kick backs instead of giving the car owner the savings.
Trust me I was hesitant but Ray gave me the assurance that he could give me a quality repair and a huge savings. The decision was easy trust Ray, receive a quality repair and save $850.
When my insurance company realized my car was not at their recommend repair shop, I had several heated conversations with the insurance rep. I called Ray and he advised me to stop speaking with the insurance rep and let him handle the process. Again, trusting Ray, I let him deal with the insurance company.
In a short period of time Ray contacted me with the news my car has been repaired and the $850 premium was waved. Not only did Ray save me $850 but the work done on my car was so professional I did not even notice the car was ever in an accident.
In the future if I am ever in need of an honest quality car repair shop I will be calling Ray at, The Collision Shop in Warren, where they pass the savings on to customers.

He provided a thorough assessment of the damage and clearly explained the repair process. Sam kept me updated throughout the entire process, which greatly eased my stress during this challenging time.
The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations; my car looks as good as new! I truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

This is the second time this shop takes care of my car. They do an outstanding job by keeping their promises and delivering quality time. I was in an accident and my car was impounded by the police. I contacted the shop to immediately and the very next day it was removed.
I totally recommend this shop to any collision repairs

The guys did a great job at fixing my SUV after an owner mistake while using the ATM. 🤦♀️ Sam is great and fast to respond if questions arise. All I had to do was start my claim with my insurance and him and the insurance did everything else to get it taken care of in a timely manner....they even cleaned it inside and out highly recommended 👍

Sam was absolutely great! He was so friendly, honest, and helpful! He turned around my vehicle way before the estimated date by the insurance company. They also paid a portion of my deductible! I highly recommend!!

terrible work, terrible service, dont go here! this was my first body shop repair job. guy at the counter, short with black hair tried to steal my 100$ deposit! the work they did didnt match the rest of the car, there were new scratches and debris all over. i complained and he tried to buff some of them out while i waited. it was rediculous! before i left i asked how i would recieve my 100$ deposit. he then barraged me with excuses like " what deposit" " we didnt take a deposit" "youll have to talk to the owner tomorrow" . i now know better, if insurance is covering it like mine did, take it to the dealer, these guys are crooks!

I write this glowing review of the Collision Shop with great conviction. Getting to an auto accident can be a traumatic experience. Even the stress of dealing with your insurance, making a claim, and getting your car repaired can be daunting. This is why I felt obliged to share my experience with the staff at this shop. From day 1 - Ray coordinated with my insurance carrier, kept me updated, and even helped me make a car rental reservation.Truly exceeding my expectations! Most importantly, my truck was delivered to me in less than two weeks in pristine condition (like it was never in an accident). If you’re looking for an honest, skilled and responsive staff - this place is worth the drive!
