called for service they showed up promptly but did not have the necessary part on their truck to repair my sign said they had to come out a second and third time, charging for each trip even though it was their mistake.

They did sign for my business- right after their 1yr warranty, parts went bad. They say thy don't manufacture these parts they use in their signs. So they charge you again!! If you go with these guys, better keep maintenance money aside for your sign every year.
Never recommend these guys to others. And will not use again.

SPAMMERs, all they do is send people out to take pictures of your signs and then SPAM you with emails everyday that your sign has an issue. If you don't respond they just keep sending them, SPAM pure and simple SPAM. Stay away from any company that SPAMs like they do. Any legit business would get the hint you didn't want to do business with them and stop sending them, at least not everyday!!!!
