Lauren is hands-down, THE BEST! She is new to this office, but definitely a real life super-gem unicorn.? She helped me get my account updated with some requested documentation. Her personality and customer service make her a Rockstar! She was extremely thorough, patient, kind, and made me feel like she appreciates my business. I have dealt with this insurance company for several years now. The customer service has been fantastic. It doesn't matter who you speak with, each person tries to do their best for you. They listen to your concerns and address them. I have dealt with Connor the last few times and in each case he has corrected any incorrect issues from corporate, which resulted in saving us money. I would highly recommend this office and its people.

Policy was canceled because I requested an updated renewal price due to a change in policy. When I didn't receive the requested information, I paid the policy online before the renewal date, but because I was set up for pre payments, my policy was canceled without any warning. They finally decided to call me 2 weeks later. They then charge me the full amount without the prepaid discount. Also, they don't seem to answer the phone even though it is stated as open hours.

If your agent was Steven you problably already know he was moved. Don’t worry ask for Conner as your new agent you’ll get the same excellent and fast service from him.After Steven left I had problems getting quotes 2 times, the vehicles sold before I even got the quotes. Third time Conner answered the phone and after that day it’s been great with him. He answers questions really fast, helps almost immediately.
