If your agent was Steven you problably already know he was moved. Don’t worry ask for Conner as your new agent you’ll get the same excellent and fast service from him.After Steven left I had problems getting quotes 2 times, the vehicles sold before I even got the quotes. Third time Conner answered the phone and after that day it’s been great with him. He answers questions really fast, helps almost immediately.

While I do believe in having a good relationship with those I do business with, I also believe the customer should come first and not what felt like inner personal relationships between staff. I was sold on AAA based on the reputation it had earned. However, this is not an office that upholds that high standard, nor one I wish to be associated with. The staff that once was there that made this office great, I do not believe are there anymore and it is reflective in the customer service. I still trust AAA and the product it offers, just not this agency.
