“Dan Gilley is the best!!! I couldn’t replace my rear windshield wiper myself. So after purchasing it with a very personable salesman, Dan Gilley, he came outside to tackle the stubborn wiper. Just for the record, rear wipers are a pain in the rear! After a lot of trial and error with the stubborn tab, Dan got the old one on and replaced it with the new. We were both so happy we high fived and did a little parking lot jig!! Thanks, Dan, for turning this into a positive experience. Your great customer service has won me over!”

“Made a few calls before a friend recommended Joe and Norton to me. I couldn't be any happier about it. The best price by a HUGE margin, and the service was outstanding. Even had an issue where we couldn't figure out which of two windshields my car needed, so they brought both, just in case. During the course of my day, my job has me all over the place, so we set up a location and they had it completed in under 45 minutes. The guys installing were online, courteous, and professional. They even re-ran the cable for my dashcam. Easily my highest recommendation. You should stop thinking about it and give them a call.”

“This review has been edited from a previous review where I experienced stellar service from Adam who was able to swap all my wiper blades on a vehicle I recently purchased and was unfamiliar with.
In this version I would like to commend Raya who helped me solve a particularly vexatious battery fitment issue. She read the fine print on my vehicle application and discovered the battery which needed replacing was in fact the wrong battery. Plus she was quite knowledgeable regarding batteries.
This store is probably one of the best auto parts resources around, liberal discounts, speedy parts delivery and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
