“This review has been edited from a previous review where I experienced stellar service from Adam who was able to swap all my wiper blades on a vehicle I recently purchased and was unfamiliar with.
In this version I would like to commend Raya who helped me solve a particularly vexatious battery fitment issue. She read the fine print on my vehicle application and discovered the battery which needed replacing was in fact the wrong battery. Plus she was quite knowledgeable regarding batteries.
This store is probably one of the best auto parts resources around, liberal discounts, speedy parts delivery and knowledgeable, friendly staff.

“I was driving in the area during a snow storm. My windshield wipers kept freezing up with ice. I tried to lift the drivers side wiper to snap the ice off, and the wiper broke off. I was right by this store so I pulled in and went inside. I was greeted by William who quickly looked up the parts to ensure they had the wipers I needed. I bought them, then he came outside and put them on my car. It was such a relief for me. He was friendly and very helpful. This was such a stressful thing to have happen, and he made it so much better. Great customer service!”

“Dropped off my Renegade at Jim Riehl’s for a “service engine” light - code was for small evap leak. They ran the test and it passed, so they checked all the rest of the codes to try to find the problem. It passed everything & the light never came back on so they waived the service charge. Crystal was so good about explaining everything to me and keeping me informed. I really appreciate the great people at Jim Riehl’s.”
