“Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When i returned home and restarted my car an half hour later , i saw that the engine light was on. I called the dealership immediately. I had to return and they informed me a number of 'faults' ( over 10 i believe) were showing up that were not there earlier that morning. They did get someone to look at it right away and finally determined that my battery was having intermittent low power periods? Not really clear what that was and since everything was fine prior to this, it was a bit confusing. I was told i needed a new battery and i'd have to wait another 45 minutes to have it replaced. Unfortunately, i really didn't have any more time that day so they reset the engine light and i left. They were very attentive about getting me back in to get the battery changed but I still don't know if the low battery triggered all the faults all of a sudden or there still are some unknown issues. It's been a week, the car runs fine and the engine light has never come back on. I started going there because of convenience and have had good service prior. I'm still debating taking it back there or going back to the dealership i purchased the car from. Either way i need to feel more comfortable with this.”

“Jeff York is a one of a kind salesman. In my opinion I believe the service that Jeff provides with attention to detail and quality of service should be the gold standard. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly with a smile. He has made a lifetime customer.”

“Not a pleasure to ever have to take my car in but if I need to Heidelbrich Chevrolet will definitely take care of me. Set up an appointment and dropped off my car with Me. Schocke. He was very professional and explains what was happening, what will happen and how the process will run its course. I received a loaner very quickly and was on my way. My vehicle’s fix was not covered on my insurance claim but it was explained why and I understood the rationale for the decision. That being said, it was fixed in a timely manner and my side car lane intrusion radar is now working as expected. Thanks for being there and I will be back anytime I need your help.”

“Outstanding Experience I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Jacquelyn! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I never felt pressured or rushed. I highly recommend working with Jacquelyn if you're looking for a great car-buying experience. 5 stars all the way!”

“My daughter has had work on her 2016 Kia Sedona and had been VERY happy with all work and professionalism from Hugo's, so yesterday I brought MY 2008 Chrysler Town & Country at her recommendation.. Needing a few items taken care of...rear wheel bearings, driverside strut, break work, lug nut replace. I couldn't be happier!! From the moment I dropped my car off, to when I picked up later in the day, the work was done very well, along with extra items that would only done by a mechanic that cared about doing a real good job!... Thank you to the team at Hugo's! Mike”

“Made a few calls before a friend recommended Joe and Norton to me. I couldn't be any happier about it. The best price by a HUGE margin, and the service was outstanding. Even had an issue where we couldn't figure out which of two windshields my car needed, so they brought both, just in case. During the course of my day, my job has me all over the place, so we set up a location and they had it completed in under 45 minutes. The guys installing were online, courteous, and professional. They even re-ran the cable for my dashcam. Easily my highest recommendation. You should stop thinking about it and give them a call.”

“I'm purchasing a used Cadillac from out of state and had some general warranty questions, so I called Serra Cadillac to ask some questions. I believe I spoke with the finance manager, he was extremely helpful and offered great advice to me. Due to this, I will be bringing my Cadillac to them for service when the time comes. Thanks Jim!!!”
