Service team was great! I’ve been coming here for years and never had any problems. Unfortunately when checking out I was told they they are charging 4% fee to use a credit card. I said I am using a GM Visa card. She said it didn’t matter what card it is, there is a service charge to use a credit card. I am very disappointed with that response. The whole reason I have a GM Visa card was to use it to get GM reward points. But now them charging me more money to use the card kind of defeats the purpose.

My truck was there for a week and they had no rental vehicles to give me. I had to go and rent a vehicle. Then they couldn't access my extended warranty information so I had to pay out of pocket for the expenses. Definitely won't be back.

Heidebrecht Chevrolet did an really nice job with my oil change, tire rotation,.etc. I trust Heidebrecht Chevrolet with my 2021 Equinox. I always know my car is in good hands :) Thanks again Heidebrecht Chevrolet !!

By the service representative supposed to be oil change and 21 point inspection. No inspection report has been received, and I doubt that was ever done ( tire pressure was low in every 4 tires ). They replaced the battery and damaged the clips that keep the inside moldings in place and didn't replaced with the new clips. At this point I start having doubts about them changing my oil filter all the times when I have an oil change. They are pricey compared with other GM dealerships, and they will not match any offers that GM has going on.

I took my car in to have brakes checked. They had been squeaking. They said rotors were rusty and recommended cleaning them. I went ahead and had them done. I appreciate that they weren't pushy and that the service was done in a timely manner.
