Wanted a Kroger card so I went to the service desk. Women lacked manners and bluntly told me to wait, she’s busy! She had a Junkie attitude complete with questionable hygiene and dirty looks. Rude beyond belief, no idea why? I have no idea what is wrong with the people in this town? And really don’t care to find out! Crude ignorance is the order of the day.

when you go to the money services desk you will wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to show up to help you, at which point there is a 50% chance they will tell you the money services desk closed 3 hours early today. fascinating.

Manager Shellie is very rude and abrupt! She has no customer service skills. She could use some retraining!! Employees are GREAT, friendly and go above and beyond especially Jeremy!! I say fire Shellie and give her position to one of the cashiers who actually display great customer service skills!!

Filthy restrooms and when I waited at customer service for about 15 minutes an older women who asked what I need was abrupt and rude, like I was putting her out. Perhaps this store needs to give their employees etiquette lessons.

I'm posting as a previous employee. Avoid this store if you can. Other Kroger stores may not have the terrible culture that exists here. Romeo store has great customers. It's the mgmt and employees that ruin your work experience. Lots of back biting and tattle tales go on here. Best way to put it in a nutshell? High school "clique" environment. They should know that their reputation precedes them. Maybe then mgmt can change the environment. I've met others who worked at Romeo store with the same complaints. Also, lots of favoritism here. I'm sure not all Kroger stores are like this...but be careful working in Romeo Kroger. It's also very dirty, especially bathrooms.

The Kroger Store in Washington, at 64660 Van Dyke, is full of staff ALL trying to do their best and support and exceed your needs. All of the managers on the floor offer their smiles and sincere interest to assist, guide, and help your experience. The Pharmacy is also extremely organized, friendly, and only wants to provide the very best service, and THEY ALL DO, across all departments. This store has excellent leadership and moral and will welcome and please you, RD

If I could give a 0 I would. Called to let them know items I paid for were missing in the bag. I also supported cashier and keeping jobs over self scan. No apology, no solution to the problem and was hung up on. Like other reviews, I will be going to 26 mile. Business foundation is around customer service. I would start there. Seems other reviews are similar.

Easy place to shop and that’s why I come here. The staff is the worst. Always chit chatting, never friendly and always in their phone

The deli has the worst hours I've seen it's closed more than it's open and they don't have fresh chicken Harley
