Sam was super nice, and had me in and out of there in no time, despite the fact that he had to keep answering the phone. Very reasonable prices too.Now I know why my husband only goes here. “I had a leak in my tire that was getting worse daily, and all of the other tire shops I called in the area said they’d need my car overnight to look at it (despite calling in the morning). I found Tuffy and was able to get right in, they found a small nail and plugged it fast and for no charge, and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be calling them first for my next repair!”
“I went to uncles ed for the first time earlier this week for an oil change and had a great experience. Justin was the mechanic who helped me and he was very knowledgeable and personable! He explained everything that he was doing throughly and even printed out an updated maintenance form for the services my car needs with prices and explanations of everything! Highly recommend the Shelby township location! I didn’t get the other two mechanics names who were working with Justin but they were very nice too!!”

“This place is amazing! Came in for tires. Had been shopping all day. Their prices were very reasonable. Counter service was professional and informative. Mounted 4 tires with sensors and a check of the vehicle in a little over an hour which I found impressive. Would definitely recommend to anyone”

“Working with my car and jeep. This shop is where all of my needs are met. The manager Clint and his crew...to the owner are some good people and will make sure you're thoroughly and completely taken care of. Whether it's an oil change, a belt replacement, spark plugs, complete brake jobs, ujoint replacement, windshield reservoir installation, and auto detailing..the list goes on. If these guys can do it they will! They're honest and professional group of gentlemen .So by all means if there is something that cant be fixed with your vehicle they will guide you in the right direction. Very friendly and willing to explain things in a way that some of us mechanics wouldnt understand. Would recommend this place to anyone! (btw this location is an AMS oil retailer!) :)”

“This place is not at all close to where I live, nor is it convenient to get there. But I was scolded for even considering going somewhere near me because of how highly this place, and Matt specifically, were recommended. This team is efficient, friendly, super honest. I stayed while my car was getting new tires and heard several customers telling staff how much they were able to save by going here, and how much better the customer service was. And they seem to personally know most folks who walk in the door. Great place. Will definitely be back”

“Had a dead battery on one of our utility vansand went to Dennis‘s garage for repairs. Price was very comparable than reasonable to the national chains, but I like to support a local family business as that’s what we are. Had two batteries replaced and the car back to me with a matter of hours. Very professional, very honest and very reliable.

“I can’t say enough about the staff at this location. All of the employees are always in great moods, are clearly happy to help and have shown on numerous visits that they can be very honest. I don’t want to dismiss any of the employees however Jason is a class act. He knows his business and will tell you what you need and if you decline it there is no pressure. That actually makes me more comfortable following up with air filters And such when he recommends them. I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for years and I intend to continue. Thanks for hiring such a great staff and we’ll see you guys soon.”
“VIP Quick Lube was strongly referred to me by a friend. I brought my daughter's KIA to Fiori's shop. The experience was great. They did a very extevise diagnostic procedure along with a video on the AC issues she had. They completed the job and were very good at putting everything back together. Communication and pricing was far better than what I have experienced with other repair shops. I will definitely be using them for future repair issue and strongly encourage others to do the same.”

“Happend upon this place on the way up north. Very affordable. No B.S . No pushing memberships. Just old fashioned service . I live in Shelby and i'll be making this my new stop. Personaly I can't stand car washes pushing memberships. Just want a car wash, not stock. This place is simple. Great results. Truck looked great. They have a coupon book that makes it even more affordable. Buying a few for xmas gifts.”
