I just leased a 2023 Compass Altitude from Jim Reihl's Chrysler Dealership of Romeo. The service and care I received from Sales Manager Terry, and Angela was exemplary to say the least! My prior lease was from a different Chrysler dealer and the difference in the service made me realize I'm returning to the dealership I should have gone to in the beginning! I'm happy to say I'm a permanent customer to Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler dealership in Romeo! Thank you Terry and Angela, you sure make a difference! AND I LOVE MY CAR!!

What an amazing experience. Went in for an oil change without an appointment on my ram, from the moment you walk in you get greeted with professionalism specially dealing with the service advisor Haely Helchowski. oil change is done on point also the 2 recalls. Keep up the great work I will be back for tire rotation next week . Highly recommended.

AMAZING experience! I needed to get a car ASAP! Kyle was very knowledgable of the vehicles he has there, PLUS...he heard me when I said "I have a budget", and found me a car just below my budget. Wow, a "real" honest salesman. I love my new GMC Acadia! Also, a big "thank you" to the rest of the staff that helped make this deal go through fast and smoothly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership.

This is a dealership that deals in deception, misrepresentation, and a slight of hand. It is all smiles and greetings, when you first get there. The test drive will go great, they will tell you that they will give you what you want for your trade in. And that's the last thing that will go right for you.For example in our case, they told us they were paying off our trade in and yet they hid $1,000 in our buy that they weren't going to pay off on trade in. They also hid $1,000 upgrade for tires that they didn't tell us about, they hid in the buy. Then it was time to do the paperwork, they wait till your distracted. Cover up top parts of the paperwork, and just have you sign it. Being all smiles, and trustworthy at the same time as being sleight of hand, you not really knowing what you're doing.By the time you walk out of there you'll feel cheated, and robbed. If this is the dealership for you stay, otherwise find a new dealership this one isn't for you.

We are loving our new Grand Cherokee! Our grandson named him “Bluey!” Karl Pierce was very patient with us as he explained the computer system, and very knowledgeable. It was nice having someone who knew about the vehicle. I was very thankful when he was able to get an additional discount on the car even after we signed the tentative agreement. Leigh Ann explained the extended warranty and the benefits of it very thoroughly.

Dealt with Chris at Jim Riehl's and it was nothing but the best. Made the car purchasing process extremely easy and made sure he giving me the best price possible. He also continued to follow up on my purchase to make sure I was enjoying the truck and that everything was working smoothly. If I was able to, I would give this dealership 10 stars.

I called to ask about whether they can service my 1992 jeep (replacing brake pads). They seemed annoyed, told me they had to check if they had the parts and they'd call me back. They never called me back.I'm sure they handle many aspects of their business fine, but I honestly had a bit of an annoying experience. I'll throw my 2 cents in the ring and leave this review.

The experience was great service but I would like to make a comment . The furniture in the waiting room needs to be cleaned immediately! Someone please make sure that the disgusting dirty furniture is cleaned. If you expect that anyone sit there waiting for their vehicle ...I should have took pictures but didn't.

Kyle Shiner was very helpful with our decision in purchasing a vehicle and was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. Stopped in on a Tuesday to look at the vehicle and we scheduled a visit so my wife and kids could see the vehicle that week. No Pressure sales and we were able to take care of everything in a timely manner. Kyle had all the paperwork set aside so all we had to do was sign and we were on our way since we had a tight schedule. Nancy from the Finance Department was great as well. Thank You for making this a very smooth purchase and look forward to doing business with you again. Jordan also told me that Kyle owes him a ride in his car!
