Cody is one of the greatest people ever, he always tries with care and takes his time when customers need it. All these reviews talking bad about cody are simply wrong, take it from me as a person who works at this very store. He is funny, likeable and overall a great person!

Cody that works here is rude to playing customer! He told a customer he makes more money than her why would he say that !!!! Very unprofessional! Need to work at a job wih people has no people skills! Will never go there again manger needs to handle him

I stopped by to purchase a new collar for my Boston Terrier. I brought him along with me. The sales associate was really nice and gave him a pet and showed me right where the collars were. I was also able to get a treat refill for a toy he has at home. It was nice that they had what I needed in stock. I appreciated the wide selection of collars I had to choose from. Checkout went quickly and my dog appreciated the treats they had out.

This store and employees take wonderful care of their fish. The bettas are in great condition compared to most chain pet stores. I bought a stunning mermaid veil tail for 4 dollars where most chain stores charge up to 25 for bettas in very poor condition. Keep up the great work!

Bad location. They make up rules that didn't exist before and don't give any warning before implementing them. Products stacked so high on top of the shelves it is not safe. Carries half the variety of products of other locations. The location finally carries some of the products I regularly buy. I try to support small businesses even though I know PSP is a corporation but a lot of location are locally owned only to find out the location and about 8 others are run by a separate corporation. The location only carries fish and refuses to carry or order in small animals/reptiles. Sells unsafe shock collars not safe ecollars like ecollar technologies/Garmin/sport dog/dogtra. Employees face termination for not harassing customers to provide email addresses and sign up online. (This information is posted in public view by the registers.)
