The blonde old lady at the pharmacy at Rite Aid 26 mile and Vandyke Washington township 48094 Michigan is the rudest woman I have ever seen miserable. She is racist also too. Hate customers hate answer questions more when you are black or other ethnicity. She will get your morning very bad.Terrible mood Always also she is very arrogant

Rite Aid staff is always friendly, helpful,very professional and accommodating. My first store of choice over CVS & Walgreens.

Very clean, well stocked and well organized store. The difference between this drugstore and the one across the street is the pharmacist. Very helpful and willing to direct a patient with serious medical questions. I’ve never experienced a long wait.

It is very clear that the pharmacy staff dislike their jobs, they are rude, condensing & disrespectful! It’s no surprise, when speaking with (Jody) the pharmacy manager. Please do everyone a favor & take a course in customer service!!!I will not be returning to this pharmacy!

This is the cleanest RiteAid that I have ever seen. It’s always like this too, I notice things like this cuz I hate dirty and messy stores. This Rite Aid never disappoints… oh the associates are friendly and helpful too ?

It's your standard Rite Aid. It's a convenience store/pharmacy/make up/grab and go. They also sell beer, wine, booze, lottery and cigarettes. They have a seasonal section where you can't last minute gifts and items of the sorts. Liquor is set at state minimum, so no price hike here, that's good. The beer is almost always cheaper than my local Kroger's and Meijer's, it's mostly the only reason I stop in. If you take your time and look around you can score some really great markdown deals. They also have a clearance end cap where you can find an item or two dirt cheap. They employees are hit or miss, sometimes friendly, sometimes you feel like your inconveniencing them. Today they had Free hand sanitizer at the register, so I grabbed as many as I could with one hand- which was 3. I would have taken more, but I had a 18pk of Corona in my other hand. The beer was on sale for $20.99, $2 cheaper than the 2 grocery stores. I'll continue to buy my beer here, as long as it's cheaper.

Store is fine, but the pharmacy technicians are rude and not understanding. Asked a simple question about the medication and they told me I’m holding up the line. I thought each customer is supposed to be cared for equally not wasted space. Poor communication between the technicians which caused attitude towards me.

So I bought this on September 26th or 27th and have been meaning to post it. I understand maybe I should have looked at this date before I bought it but it’s frustrating to find out the next day you bought an already expired product!

Decent deals and prices but the cashier was a psycho. Very rude to my mom who was just having issues with the card machine. Date: Saturday July 24th 2021 at approx 5:25 PM.

I'm changing pharmacy's. There are 2 Techs that shouldn't being working with people let alone in the medical field. Both very rude and unprofessional on 2 different occasions.

I dnt know about the rest of the store but one of the pharmacists is not very helpful and down right rude i thought it was just my nurse from the doctors office said the same thing

The employees are always very, very rude here. I feel uncomfortable from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I'm done shopping here.
