My husband is the one who usually brings our vehicles here for service, but yesterday I had to get my oil changed. The service was amazing! Sam was super nice, and had me in and out of there in no time, despite the fact that he had to keep answering the phone. Very reasonable prices too.Now I know why my husband only goes here. I wish I could give you 10 stars!

I would give this guy 6 stars if I could. In 3 days or so I popped the tires on my Mercury & didnt know where to go. I randomly passed by and he's ready & willing to help. He's got good prices, he's flexible & willing to work with you. He stands behind his work & he's kind too. This is my guy from now on, I would reccommend him to anyone in towne or on google!

My awful Experiences with this place, ain't even worth the money anymore. This time I Pull right up into a open Bay, as one guy is already Working on one Car, while the bigger guy talks on his Phone for 8 to 10 Minutes, as I'm just sitting there. I wasnt in a rush, so I really didn't mind. But I like to bring them my own Oil, and I always ask them to shake it a bit before they pour it. And everytime each guy always has to ask me why. And I literally say each time, " Because I've seen multiple reviews of this Oil, and the additives really settle at the bottom with this stuff. Does it do anything? Who knows, but it makes me feel better." And they'll literally look at you and smile while barely shaking it at all before they pour it. Then the bigger guy, EVERYTIME you ask him to whip you up a Receipt for your Service Records, he acts like you just asked him for a Kidney or something. And they do get busy so I always try to have correct change for them, and this time was no different. And I actually thought I did, untill it was time to pay him. He's going to take my money and walk away disgusted, and there was literally nobody waiting. I'm sorry I couldn't go the extra mile for you this time buddy. Then after all that I figured I better check under the hood this time, so I did. And they left my Dipstick literally hanging halfway out. The Worker that Drives the Chrysler 300, is outstanding. However he rarely seems to be there when I am, and I just can't deal with the other dudes anymore.
