Do yourself a favor and just go to Public Storage now.. We couldn't even get into the door here with the code. The customer service is awful. You don't get an agent right away. You will be on hold for a while or have to do the call back option. Once you do, they are foreign call operators who do not care. Nobody ever even called the next day to fix the issue. We got a refund. and went to Public Storage which was amazing customer service and way better experience. Also nicer, easier to unload building.

I pay $170 a month to go there and not be able to get into my unit. My code worked to get in but the unit door would not unlock. Absolutely terrible. And it's past 5 o clock, so there's no service when you call their number.

We were pleasantly greeted and walked through the facility. This location is top tier clean and ran by two sophisticated gentleman. We were more than happy that we chose to rent two of their units while our home is being renovated. Great experience!! ???

The customer service representatives Alyssa, Lexi, and Lisa were so helpful in answering all my questions. My hold time has been not more than a minute or two while setting up, so I hope the long wait time in the past has been taken care of by the company. This was, by far, one of the most simple and pleasant business transactions online, and also great customer service!

Wait on phones is NO LESS THAN 25MINUTES!! EVERYTIME U CALL!!!Cant get online payment to work. Tried explaining it wasn't working and after 32minute wait she still wanted to charge me 6

I have called five times and either the phones are messed up where they cannot hear the customer OR they do not want to answer. I can hear the representative, but she does not hear me each time then hangs up the phone. Poor service!!!!
