The service department sucks at this place I took my truck in to get the transmission looked at since it was shuttering and they kept my truck there for 3 months just for them to turn around and give me back my truck without fixing the problem. Funny thing is that the truck is still under warranty to with only 40,000 miles on it. These people are such a joke.

Nothing but problems with my certified lemon car since I bought the 2016 Cadillac CTS. My car has been in the shop more times than I can count. I purposely bought a certified vehicle to know it was overlooked carefully, but clearly it wasn't. After maybe 45 days of owning it was in the shop over and over. So many issues and breaks, family/friends couldn't believe how many times it's been in the shop over the 2 years I have had it. Serra is Overpriced on service items, lack of integrity with write ups and diagnostics, lack of communication many times, thought my car was stolen when it was there for service but they found it, found out that advisors/mechanics get a kickback for services performed, was told parts was needed $3700 when I took it for another business and it only cost me $526 for parts that I truly needed. Write up for parts for items that I didn't need such as calipers, struts to name a few. Spoke to owner who was hostile towards me, was told I would get a refund on a service that was misdiagnosed by the service manager and still after 4-6 weeks have not received it. Placed several messages to him and no response back. I don't trust this dealership with a ten foot pole and have warned others to be cautious of services or buying a vehicle from Serra. I originally wrote out a longer review of other issues as the above are just highlights of 2 years of non stop issues but would not allow me due to the limit of words that could be written on this review. The only reason why Serra received 1 star is because of Matt Service Advisor Manager who did everything he could to help me, but of course certain things are out of his hands.

I'm purchasing a used Cadillac from out of state and had some general warranty questions, so I called Serra Cadillac to ask some questions. I believe I spoke with the finance manager, he was extremely helpful and offered great advice to me. Due to this, I will be bringing my Cadillac to them for service when the time comes. Thanks Jim!!!

Called to check on availability of a vehicle that is listed on their website. Salesmen completely rude and unprofessional and would not give me any information on the vehicle due to me not being a resident. Last time I checked my money is just as good as someone else's. F**k this place. Don't waste your time or money here.

We had several very good experiences with this dealership. 1. The purchase of a new GMC truck in 2007. 2. Oil changes for years in the express lane. 3. Purchase of a pre-owned SUV in 2020. 4. Service/warranty on the SUV. Excellent salesperson- Eric. Excellent service rep - Mindy. We will continue to use them for our auto needs.

Cadillac ATS purchaseOn May 31st we purchased a 2016 Cadiallc ATS w 10,000 miles on it, it was said to have been thru the certified used car audit. 5 days later a rear control arm snapped in half, dealer said we must of hit something, we didnt hit anything! They charged us $300 to replace it, so much for certified
