It’s been time consuming. Less than 12 hrs after purchase engine light came on. Brought it back, service cleared the code said if it did it again bring it back, the problem was present however it wasn’t addressed, my time was disrespected. 2 days later the car engine came on with same message. Brought it back, waited over an hr and was told they needed the car overnight but they had no loaners. More of my time was disrespected. Very disappointed with the communication and the untruthfulness within this dealership. Unfortunately it is what it is. It is just very hard for me to understand the shear complete disregard for your customers time. They have shown, to me, pure arrogance, almost like it’s the customers privilege to work with them. It’s very sad

Teresa is awesome. She really knows these vehicles. I was having trouble with getting my SUV to start. After I got it started I called the dealership. They said they might not get to it today. So they gave me a loaner and by that evening it was done and ready to go. I really liked that they took me right in then told me the possible issues and it ready that evening. Great Job everyone. Awesome service. And Teresa was correct about what the issue was. Again Teresa is awesome!!
