Cassie is rude. not nice. bad attitude. spent the entire trailer return yelling and barking commands. not a friendly person at all.

Poor customer service!
I will not use this location again
First time at this location. Rochester location has much better customer service employees.

I had items stolen out of my unit and they denied it.always very poor service also.
