Would give 0 stars if I could. Last year I had a person named Cliff help me and he was great. But this time I had Stephanie and she was absolutely horrible. When I returned the vehicle Cassy was in charge. She was so incompetent and rude. She had no clue what she was doing. We were standing there for almost an hour as she just stared at her phone. She never talked to us and it was just awkward standing there as she played on her phones. My rental was a 6 hours and 2 hours of it was getting the vehicle and trying to return it. I’ll never go back to this location again which is a shame because if I had a better experience they would get a lot of business from me and referrals. Be warned. Don’t go here! If you see Cassy or Stephanie just turn around and leave.

Cassie is rude. not nice. bad attitude. spent the entire trailer return yelling and barking commands. not a friendly person at all.

I am shocked by all the negative reviews of this place. I had a wonderful experience renting a U-haul today. Stephanie was such a great help. No matter how many hiccups we ran into we solved them with ease. She is a great communicator, and incredibly professional.
I would recommend this small place of business to anyone who needs a U-haul rental. Go online and reserve rather than day of, it guarantees you get a trailer or RV. Keep in mind this is a smaller U-haul rental place, Stephanie has a very small team, but it makes it all the more friendly and personable.

First time at this location. Rochester location has much better customer service employees.

Following along with said comments below do not use this facility unless you have more paitence than the woman working there. Must have an emergency contact then call said contact immediately and they must answer or ELSE! (No trailer) add into it the condition report you must do before picking up trailer (ridiculous) youd think after the prior dropoff theyd look it over (which they do) but are just not responsible it seems. Dont be fooled by the photos you see on your phone while doing the condition report. They are photos after being refinished in a paint shop so its as deceiving as it can get. This trailer had typical signs of use that did not reflect these photos your to compare and contrast. Each side had to be photographed and describe damage. They use old school 4 pin wiring harnesses which was never mentioned. Had to double back home to grab my adapter. Having spoke to the folks at drop off location. The employee explained how they've had an overhaul on operations and things are much more involved adding a massive time handling these rentals. I spent another hour dropping the trailer off. Youd think that part wouldnt take as long. Worst experience as of late. So 2 hours and thats being modest spent picking and dropping off make it make sense please ?Good luck to future customers you'll need it.

I tried to leave these guys a great review a long time ago but it did not go through for some reason. Anyway the manager here Stephanie was really polite and helpful and made me feel like I was the only person on the planet. She was really enthusiastic about helping me out in every way and answering all my questions. I've had stuff here for 10 years and also rented equipment, and I never had any kind of problem. Great security and lighting, great equipment. Stephanie went out of her way and I really appreciate her GREAT attitude!

Go to any other location unless you want to spend over an hour trying to pick up a reservation that has already been placed and paid for. The girl working will literally make you stand there while she calls you on the phone with you standing right in front of her despite the reservation not even being in your name. I still have absolutely no idea why when i had nothing to do with the reservation i was forced to come inside and answer a call. The whole process took quadruple the length of time of any other uhaul rental I’ve done and I genuinely feel like she was purposely making it as absolute difficult as possible. Then when it was time to actually go get the trailer she never told us where it was located and so we got to aimlessly drive around the lot trying to find it ourselves.

To begin with, the person at the desk questioned us why we are using their Uhaul instead of the one 20 min away. Why does this matter? Then she needed 3 phone numbers of people who would pick up the phone (and she made sure by calling each one). Our Uhaul had a myriad of dents, scrapes, and scratches on it (it did have 170,000 miles on it) and Uhaul told us we had to document this with words and pictures before we could leave. Only a few of these dents were already acknowledged by Xs on the Uhaul and so we had to do Uhauls work for them and describe each dent and ding so they didn't charge us for something we didn't do. This took 35 minutes!!! The Uhaul felt like it was going to break down at any time. This whole experience made me never want to use Uhaul again.

We frequently use U-Haul to transport motorcycles and lawn equipment. Today, we went to rent a trailer and "Cassie" was very rude and disrespectful. Our community is too small for customer service like this.

Called last night about renting a trailer this morning. Was told they have them available, they never mentioned making a reservation of any kind. Arrive this morning only to find out that the trailer I spoke about last night is unavailable and won't be back for 2 days. I'll never return and I suggest people go elsewhere for trailer needs.

Parking lot and walkway icy not salted at all. My wife fell on walkway. Told attendant and she didn't show any concerns. Gave me a key to a truck with a dead battery. Told me it was a key problem because they just charged the battery. Not the battery then why did they have to charge it?
