Called last night about renting a trailer this morning. Was told they have them available, they never mentioned making a reservation of any kind. Arrive this morning only to find out that the trailer I spoke about last night is unavailable and won't be back for 2 days. I'll never return and I suggest people go elsewhere for trailer needs.

Parking lot and walkway icy not salted at all. My wife fell on walkway. Told attendant and she didn't show any concerns. Gave me a key to a truck with a dead battery. Told me it was a key problem because they just charged the battery. Not the battery then why did they have to charge it?

I went online did my research about u-containers. Took me 2 days and a couple calls to Bree at the Clinton twp office to be sure that was what I needed. Bree was so helpful and wonderful to deal with. The Romeo location is next to my work so I reserved the container there. At 1 on the day I was supposed to pick up my u-box Stephanie calls me, I was In The middle of a transaction at Home Depot and she asked me what time I’d be coming. I asked if I could call her right back my hands were full. She said I need to know now because she has to schedule around everyone else. There is someone else that needs it and she needs to know now when I’m picking it up and when I’m bringing it back. I said well I reserved it and it’s paid for 30 days and when I reserved it it said you would contact me with a pick up time when it was ready. She then asked what I was using it for. I told her. She was trying to give me a covered trailer I’d have to pay for daily. I told her I have the Ubox for 30 days and I’m not taking a trailer for what I need it will take me 2 weeks and that’s 40 a day. I’m not loading And unloading my stuff. Stephanie was rude and cut me off several times. She had me in tears. I’ve never been treated so badly and was made to feel like I was an idiot, after I did my homework and had it reserved. I told her I’ve never been treated like this , rushed and demanded to pickup something I’ve reserved and rented for 30 days. She just kept demanding if I’m picking it up I need to come now. I ask what time they close she said 7 but I had to get it now if I wanted it. I told her 4 pm would be the soonest and that wasn’t good enough. In tears I told her just cancel my order I will never rent from this place. I’m driving 35 miles out of my way now to get a U box from Clinton twp. I called Bree back at the other location and again so nice and helpful and she took care of my problem. And restored my faith in u-haul. I’d rather drive a total of 70 miles out of my way then deal with the Romeo location on 31 mile rd in Romeo. Just rude and inconsiderate there.

Terrible experience at this location and with uhaul customer service. The large woman who wouldn’t even give her name that works at this location is incredibly rude. They will sell whatever you reserve without giving you any notice then smirk at you when you show up on the day of your reservation. Customer service seemed less than concerned. Save your time and money and avoid uhaul.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Apparently reservations mean nothing to uhaul. The large woman (didn't introduce herself so I don't know her name) who works at the location was incredibly rude. Don't waste your time and money using uhaul.

Large RV storage is nice. Just don't expect much availability, especially for covered spots.

This place is amazing! I rented a storage unit for a month while I was between residences and the employees were so helpful with figuring out sizing and the location of which storage unit fit my needs. The storage unit was very clean and safe. Stephanie was super amazing every time I worked with her. I 100% recommend this place if you have to store your stuff!

Nice facility. . they offer temperature controlled storage. I've used u-haul for 7 moves!! It's always been a good experience. Liked that I could rent my truck from same location as my storage unit. They really do try to accommodate at this location.

I've rented a 10x20 enclosed unit for almost a year now to store my vehicle. No mice or any issues. Staff where helpful and professional

The Manager Stephanie of this location goes out of her way to help her customers have the best possible experience.This is a very large facility that has a lot of foot traffic With all the Uhaul rentals and Storage units she doesn’t amazing job!
