I don't know how this post office has such a poor ratig because every single time I've been in this office they are extremely effective and very efficient. Our mailman, Solomon is awesome. He is very nice, works extremely hard and does his job perfectly. He is a very hard worker and I've never received other's mail and when I recently was not able to get my mail due to an illness, he made sure I received all of my mail. I see him delivering mail to a number of our buildings in horrible weather, doing what the USPS motto says. Keep up the great work. Solomon. Thank you for everything.

Postmaster in Washington twp should be fired he just not competent and his people that work there for the most part are not trained properly. I sent an envelope that had to arrive and bought service fir it to arrive by April 21 Monday when it didn't arrive even by Wed then Thursday I went to the post office to find out what was going on. This postmaster told me that the person on the counter should have never sold me the priority service because he knew that sending an envelope to Chilton Wis the postal service in Wis was tooo slow and that it would never arrive on time sending it priority and that normal mail service would have been a safer bet on getting it there . On time . Well tracking showed us that on Thursday the envelope was still in Detroit so this had no Theo g to do with Wis postal delivery. Bottom line I paid for a service that this post office made no attempt to get delivered by the expected reliever day which was Monday April 21 . Well even today this guy hasn't even apologized let along offed me a refund for buying a service that made no attempt what do ever getting it delivered by the delivery date that I was given by them. Because this envelope didn't arrive on the expected due date I lost about $10,854. I have no choice but to try to sue the post office in Washington twp . But in the mean time this postmaster needs to be fired he's completely incompetent and apparently has a very untrained staff by his own admission.
Such a joke . Telling me two days in a row that there absolutely nothing he could do. I pleaded with him stating over and over that I paid for an envelope to arrive by April 21 and was told by his staff that it would . Well they either lie or are just completely incompetent. But even worse this postmaster didn't give a shit. And just told me there is nothing he would or could do.well again after costing me a lose of slot of money I plan to hold him and this post office accountable

The website gave me the expectation that my passport needs would be met here, and my expectations were not met.
This is akin to the experience of booking a reservation at a fine dining restaurant, then to later arrive and discover that fine dining is not provided here.
This is not a fault of the employees, nor this particular establishment. The decision is from higher up the chain - but regardless, I as a customer had a negative experience and I will provide my feedback here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been going to this post office for years and they get more rude with every visit. I haven’t met one person that uses this office that has nice things to say.

I would give a zero but wont let me!! Mailed a package april 22 still as of 6th when tracking its still there!! Cant get a hold of anyone and I cant get there to try and get it back!!

I saw this comment below mine i need to renew my passport too but seems like this location isnt a good choice even though my house is very close,idk y our country has a senseless law & also stupid idiots that get paid for nothing at jobs & dont get the job done & also F-up everywhere & nobody takes action,i went to visit europe italy etc. money talks & people are more friendly,polite & helpful,we r the best country in the world right? lmao !!!

I had an appointment scheduled online to get my passport renewed and showed up on time for the appointment. When I arrived, Janie rudely stated that I did not have an appointment showing in her system and that I must have made a mistake. I went home and scheduled another appointment, took a screenshot of the confirmation and arrived the appointment. The same thing happened, and again Janie was very rude stating that I made a mistake and she could not see me. I showed her the screenshot of the confirmation and she didn't care and didn't want to address the situation or apologize for an obvious problem with their scheduling situation.
