I went in there today to get a new Apple Watch and I believe rekan solaka helped me. He was very rude. The Apple Watch came dead which was fine however when I stated it made me nervous if the watch would hold a charge he walked away and said “because they think they’re experts.” A while later he told me I needed to stop overthinking. Overall he was very rude.

I walked in and was helped right away by a very knowledgeable young lady, Rita. She answered all questions with patience and was very helpful because I’m not tech savvy. Easy and great experience!

Couldn’t have had better service. We were used to going to the Troy store with results that were less than favorable. Felt pressured to buy things we didn’t need. This store was a welcome change. Rita saved us money on our bill and helped set me up with a new phone. She could not have been more helpful. Going back for a new phone for our daughter. Thanks Rita!

Rick helped me, he was amazing. I came in to set up a new line, get a new phone, and upgrade my existing phone. Rick was incredible at multitasking, helping me with my multi-faceted needs while also assisting other guests. This is BY FAR the best experience I’ve had in 20 years of phone purchases.

I smashed my phone and needed an urgent replacement. I could only make it in 30min before closing and I knew this wasn’t a quick transaction so I was expecting to be told to come back another day, but the service I got was exceptional! Simon greeted me and helped me and assured me that it was no issue. He was also able to get more value for my trade in than expected. He was also super patient with me when we exceeded the time of close. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service.

Simon was great! Purchased a new phone and ported a line. He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Ended up purchasing their portable home internet and WiFi too which we’re really excited to see all that it can do. Made the whole process fast and easy. Great vibes and great customer service.
