What a joke. My elderly mother purchased a wall oven and microwave from here 6 months ago and the job is STILL NOT COMPLETE ‼️She’s gotten the run around from her salesperson Hannah, and Rob the manager was down right rude and obnoxious to my mother on the phone. She had to pull over on the side of the road and was crying‼️After spending a few thousand dollars she was charged close to $600 for 2 different installation vendors and this simple job is still not complete. A simple trim kit to close the huge gap in the wall apparently is a tall order for any installation company. Installation companies that ABC Warehouse lines customers up with. Total incompetence from start to finish. It’s really sad how they have treated my mother and when I got involved early on Hannah would not even return my call and still won’t! Since they won’t follow through in a professional manor nor will they compensate my mother for her 6 month headache, well it’s time to call them out! Shame on you ABC Warehouse for taking advantage of an 81 year old woman‼️I’m gonna report it to BBB too‼️

Worse place to do business with they will lie to you be AWARE!! The sales persons jule was pushy and lied to me. Recently I purchased some couches that they said they had in stock but lied. They delayed my order and I asked why and they said they didn’t have any in stock but the sales person jule said they had some in stock. THEY SOLD MY COUCHES TO SOMEONE ELSE. My order got backorder because of that and they gave me delivery dates but my couches never came and it kept going and going getting delayed and delayed like 4 times so i cancelled my order and did business else where. BE AWARE!!

Contractors sent to remove old sub zero fridge measured wrong. Took almost 3 weeks to deliver fridge due to repeated failure to return calls or communicate at all. DO NOT trust the contractors they send for removal or installation. If you can't do it yourself, shop elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst service ever. I’ve been a customer 30 years. I will never buy from ABC again. This store is a joke. The so called manager Carrie doesn’t know how to return phone call and order warranty replacements. She “forgot”. Took 11 extra days on top of the 2 and a have weeks from the disaster of the techs not coming out and showing up. It was one stackable washer and dryer unit. Have taken off a total of 6 days of work for the service people not to show up 3 times and the delivery just getting cancelled for no reason and or she not scheduling it. I did finally get it today. I send send dozens of customers there for out kitchen remodels for appliances. Never again. It’s one giant cluster f there. Go to Home Depot. They’re cheaper and way better service for appliances.

I went to ABC warehouses to get a bed and let me say you have to ask for Otto. He is super nice a d will help you find exactly what your looking g for. This was my 2nd encounter with him and I just love him. I love both of my purchases from there. Yes I would definitely refer my family and friends to ABC.

Ordered an LG washer and dryer. Waited a month for delivery, every time I call I get an answer that the washer is available but not the dryer, then the dryer available but not the washer. They scheduled the delivery twice and we waited home to find out they only have the washer on the truck. We were told that if we accept the washer they don’t guarantee that a matching dryer will be available. Spoke to the store manager who shrugged me off and told me to come over and chose a new items, he was more concerned with his lunch break than helping me. My initial review after the purchase was positive because the salesperson, Jewel, grabbed my phone in the store and dictated his own review. I will be ordering from a different store with cleaner operation.

If only I could give a negative 10. I went in February to purchase a lg washer and dryer. a woman salesperson attempted to help me, she seemed off as if she had been drinking or maybe on drugs! she wanted me to find the skus of the items that I wanted to purchase because she was unable to locate them in her computer system. I should have known then this wasn't the right place for me and I should have walked out, after trying to let her help me for 45 minutes with no sucess, she saw my frustration and asked if she should get someone else to help me which I definitely agreed with. I was finally successfully helped but instead of me getting the washer and dryer I wanted they said that it would take to long to come from the warehouse so could I pick out something else, which I did it was no problem. the manager was super nice and helpful. Fast forward to 2 weeks later when delivery arrived. one of the delivery drivers was hollering and berating the other driver to lift the appliances higher to stop trying to sit it down, while the other driver was hollering I'm tired I'm tired begging me for water. which I happly obliged because I will give water even to a stray cat! after that I stepped out to take a phone call for no longer than 15 minutes. The next thing I know the driver was approaching me on the front porch asking me to sign a tablet which I did and he gave me a delivery form with nothing written on it a blank delivery form. I didn't think anything of it ,when I ended my phone call and went in the basement to check the appliances they did not hook up the washer and dryer they did not leave the necessary hookup for washer and dryer and to add insult to injury there were big black marks on the side of my washer and dryer. I ran upstairs and told my son to try to catch them but they acted as if they didn't see him. upon further investigation I noticed they dented up my refrigerator and freezer which isn't even 3 months old ! I attempted to call them at least 10 times no answer they had only been gone for 5 minutes. So of course I called the store to let them know the issue and to also get the manager of the delivery company Number Jeff, because it's outsourced it's not through ABC Warehouse.
I was told by the acting manager that she would call whoever she needed to call and get back with me about the appliances I obviously wasn't expecting ABC Warehouse to fix the refrigerator and freezer, never heard anything. I spoke with the manager of the driver who stated that he would do his investigation, I also called corporate and spoke with the regional manager by the name of Rob. after speaking to Rob he informs me he would get in touch with the store 5 minutes after hanging up with the regional manager the delivery driver manager texted me stating he was speaking with his installer about getting my refrigerator and freezer repaired. because it had been found out that the drivers forged my signature on their forms now if it's a two-sided form how is only one of them filled out with remarks out but mine is blank?! now that was a month and 20 days ago I have yet to hear anything... in what world would I pay $2,000 for appliances that are damaged with no compensation and or replacements, and on top of that now with a damaged new refrigerator and freezer. I'm now currently taking legal action because under no circumstances will I take a loss when this could have been handled so much more professionally. please I encourage you guys to stay away from this location ABC Warehouse used to be okay back in the day the service is completely deplorable and that's my fault for thinking shopping in Bloomfield Hills would land you a better experience never again save yourself the heartache trouble and money

Misael Cartagena is The best sales person we know he is absolutely amazing and patient… If we have questions and don’t understand, he make sure that he gives clarity on our unknowing!!! I refer all my friends to him so that they can have the same experience that we have… He’s amazing. You guys are blessed to have him. He’s a great asset.
