Employee upgraded phone line ( Cecil ) . My bill was horrendous, I called Att directly ( just so you know they don’t actually work for Att). He added soooo many extras that I didn’t approve or authorize. Att informed me that they get paid for everything that they add on. He actually put extra insurance. It was crazy the amount of stuff he added to my account.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!! I can’t stress that enough!!! Theo is a joke he upcharged my account with a “$200 credit” that was actually $600 that is hurting my bank on top of the already monthly payment. Originally went to fixed my bill cause it was too high. When trying to fix it at a different location was when we found out about the charge. Came back to this location to talk to him about it and he said “we shouldn’t have done that and that we should have only ever be talking to him and only him” told him the bill was still to high now our bill is over a thousand dollars and we’re still making payments while our phones are off…..this has been going on for months and I’m very disappointed and upset

This store just wants to rip you off
My wife went there to get a new SIM card. The store wanted to charge $50 and tried to up sell her a phone.
So we went to auburn hills store to get the SIM card for FREE.

Bought 2 brand new I phones and 2 brand new Apple Watches and 1 watch didn’t work when opened and when I went back to return the Apple Watch, they wouldn’t return it and told me I had to contact Apple to have it replaced. When I demanded they stand by their product they said they have to refuse the service. Do NOT patronize this store, they are not good people.

THEO, ONE OF THE STORE MANAGER'S WAS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! HE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME OVER THE PHONE FOR WEDNESDAY, 8/7. WHEN I ARRIVED, I WAS TOLD HE WAS NOT IN THAT DAY. ONE OF THE STORE ASSISTANT'S TRIED TO REACH HIM BY PHONE, BUT HE WOULD NOT ANSWER. LUCKILY, THAT PERSON WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME. I THEN CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT THE NEXT DAY TO PUT IN A COMPLAINT, WHICH THEY ESCALATED IT TO HIS SUPERIOR. I FOLLOWED UP WITH ANOTHER CALL TO THE LOCATION TO SPEAK TO THEO ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR. HE COULD CARE LESS AND HUNG UP ON ME!! IF HIS DIRECTOR OF SALES, AARON READS THIS REVIEW...PLEASE FIRE THEO!! HE IS BAD FOR AT&T BUSINESS.

The staff here are very friendly, they speak Spanish and English, they teach you how many things work, they are very patient, they always walk around with a smile and try to make sure you leave with a big smile.
