I am a retired Navy vet that had his phone stolen. I went into the store to report it and get a new phone. The clerks took 3 days to answer that issue. Also when I found out my phone was in use I went back to tell the clerks and they laughed at me. I am disabled with severe PTSD and being laughed at has often led to myself and others in jail or hospital.

I am so impressed with Greg, the manager on duty during my recent visit to the store. His product knowledge combined with his customer service is second to none. He listened to my phone, internet, and tv needs and guided me in the best direction. He asked questions to see what I wanted and then made suggestions to better my enjoyment of the products. For example I can now watch tv on a phone app, Greg helped me set this up. The rest of the staff was great too. I felt like a VIP customer and now I have great internet, an iPhone 15, and DirecTV. Cant thank you guys enough. This store should win an award

I have been a loyal customer for as long as there has been At & t. I went to the store to add my 87 yr old father to my acct. We were there 2 & 1/2 hrs while Theo attempted to sell us anything he could . Of course the phone we wanted was not available so we had to get a more expensive one. Then we were supposed to get $100 trade in but my statement shows $60. Then he tried repeatedly to add an additional phone & line which I kept telling him I didn't want. Then he tried to get me to upgrade my plan which is no longer even available to get 5g even though my phone displays 5g on it. He took over the sale from Cecil for no apparent reason too. And to top it off he did not activate the phone correctly so it stopped working and I could not reach my father! Had to go back to store and Cecil was able to resolve the problem and correctly activate phone. It felt like Theo thought we were idiots he could pad the bill with and that is why he stepped in on Cecil! Thank you Cecil for your help! I will NEVER work with Theo again!!Theo also added insurance to the new phone which we repeatedly said no to!Should also report that Theo is a manager at this store and per reviews he has been running his scam practices for years!No I do not accept your unsincere automated do nothing apology!!

Cecil is the best! My husband had our account for our new cell phone plan set up over the phone with an AT&T customer service representative. The wrong phones were shipped to our house with the wrong numbers on the account and everything was a mess. We went in store and Cecil spent hours trying to figure this out for my husband and I. We ended up having to cancel the entire plan and he had to start over from scratch. We had to get phones from in store and sort everything out, we would not have been able to do that without Cecil and Gabe's assistance. I give a lot of credit to those employees who were very knowledgeable and took an extreme amount of time to make sure we were satisfied and everything was taken care of properly. We Love our new pixel 8 pros! Thank you Cecil and Gabe! ?

I find their knowledge on phones is below average, Staff at his store should really do more research on the products they sell. To tell the customer goggle it or youtube is very sad.

Greg from att here was phenomenal the whole team there was so helpfully funny and helped every customer who came in. I will go no where else from here on out. Greg went above and beyond to make sire I got everything I wanted and needed was patient and responsive.

I would not recommend ATT for anything you won’t get the truth from any of them not even managers I would highly recommend staying away from them at all cost unless you want to be charged more than you were told you would be charged and their phone coverage is horrible I would recommend T mobile for phone service and Xfinity for all your other needs!!!!

Friendly and quick service. Was having texting issues with an older phone. They gave me a new SIM card for free and my phone works as it should now.

Highly Recommend the AT&T store in Waterford. (M59 & Airport). Excellent customer service. Isa provided exceptional support for internet and phone purchases and went over and above setting up my phone. The customer support was phenomenal…won’t go anywhere else!
