“I came here after work on a Monday around 4p and was informed that my front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. The brakes had to be ordered, but I was still in and out within an hour. Curt was excellent in informing me my brakes were still covered under warranty and updating me with the status of my service. I did not have my Good Year credit card on hand, but Curt provided me with the information I needed to access my card info via text. 10/10 service!”

“If you got money to burn this is the place for you! Wanted to get some tires mounted on new wheels requiring just mount and balance and they offered me the amazing price of 50$/tire. Why I asked... they said because I didn't buy the tires from them! Shop looked empty, not much work going on, they said they can have them done by tomorrow. Ok I said, Terrific, went across the street to the AC Tire guys, was in and out in 20 min and I paid just 15$/pc to do the same work. After sending so many customers to them over the last 3 years I guess its time to stop. Wont be coming in again for anything. Thanks BellTire,.... goodbye!”

I have been through this process a lot of trying to get painted plastic bumpers to match painted fiberglass panels and they did an amazing job. “The engine on our 2015 GMC Terrain blew about six weeks ago. We already had a new engine on order, but delivery was delayed by a month. We also had all new components for the front suspension, which we requested they install at the same time as the new motor. While they had the motor out, I also requested they replace the seals on the axles and the front seal on the transmission. There were a couple of other items that also needed to be taken care of, including the remote start and ambient temperature sensor.All of the work was completed yesterday and we picked the car up yesterday afternoon. It now runs beautifully!”

“Our van was recently involved in a small accident and we took it to Gerber to repair mostly cosmetic damage. Shortly after the accident (after the initial estimate appointment but before the actual repair appointment) the car started to experience electrical issues. I was fairly certain they were not accident related but they recommended I bring it back in to take a good look and be sure. Their troubleshooting and advice revealed an unrelated issue that I was able to address immediately after picking the car up from being repaired. Their assistance on this matter was above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. The repair was good and the car looks good as new. Additionally the entire staff was friendly and helpful while working through the car rental process and working with the insurance company. While nobody wants to have to visit a collision shop, I would return if I have to and would recommend this shop to others.”

The woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful, got me a next-day appointment, and I was able to get my windshield replaced just in time. I felt so much less stressed when I left their building! Austin came out and did the windshield replacement, and he was timely, quick, and friendly.”
