“I came here after work on a Monday around 4p and was informed that my front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. The brakes had to be ordered, but I was still in and out within an hour. Curt was excellent in informing me my brakes were still covered under warranty and updating me with the status of my service. “I had my car into Auto Lab today and they were above and beyond to help me. I was having a code displaying on my dashboard. I had taken to an auto parts store to have it put on there diagnostic machine and it showed as an ABS switch that was needing to be replaced. I took it to Auto Lab to have them fix the problem and have my brakes replaced also an oil change. They just had to reset the abs switch and I didn't need brakes they were still in good condition. All they needed to do is the oil change and I had a coupon for auto lab for an oil change and they were totally honest to not just change my brakes when it just needed the abs switch adjusted and my brakes were in good shape. They also gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was finished so I didn't have to wait for my car to be worked on. Auto Lab just gained a new customer there not out to mess with a woman that takes there vehicle in for repairs. This is a very honest repair shop. I'll be back for sure.”

“If you got money to burn this is the place for you! Wanted to get some tires mounted on new wheels requiring just mount and balance and they offered me the amazing price of 50$/tire. Why I asked... they said because I didn't buy the tires from them! Shop looked empty, not much work going on, they said they can have them done by tomorrow. Ok I said, Terrific, went across the street to the AC Tire guys, was in and out in 20 min and I paid just 15$/pc to do the same work. After sending so many customers to them over the last 3 years I guess its time to stop. Wont be coming in again for anything. Thanks BellTire,.... goodbye!”

“The BellTire across the street quoted me 50$/tire to mount and balance loose wheels and with an empty shop not much work going on I was asked to leave them for the next day. Politely declined and went across the street to AC Tire. The staff was nice and polite and they had me in and out in about 15min. Oh and the total cost was 60$/set. So don't bother with BellTire just skip them all together and go to AC Tire.Service: Tires”

“Brought my 2012 f150 there for a leaking rear main seal. They did a very thorough diagnosis and didn’t cut any corners fixing the leak. They made sure to replace the oil pan gasket which is also a known issue for this vehicle.While it was there I got new tires also. They replaced a bearing hub and rebuilt a front CV axle and didn’t charge me labor for either.Truck is driving better than the day I bought it.I feel like they took care of my truck for a reasonable price. “I tried this place out in Waterford because I needed an oil change. They did a great job. The 2 mechanics were friendly and didn't push every add on. I had 2 brake lights out and they figured out it that I had a bad fuse. They replaced the fuse for $10 instead of getting whole new light bulbs. It ended being $92 but my car takes premium oil and got a new fuse. I will definitely use them again in the future.Service: Oil change”
