Auto refill a prescription that I don't want auto refilled, tell me I have to pick it up within 3 days and they can't find another prescription that they refilled and Male pharmacist supposedly went to remake my misplaced prescription and then answered the phone and checked for stock for the phone call instead of refilling my prescription they can't find, the counter person said he was remaking the prescription I said he is walking around the back, she goes and gets the item for the pharmacist and he finally remakes it, he gets an attitude with me.
Then they won't or can't use my CVS dollars on my additional purchase.
Never had a problem there until today

Worst pharmacy around. They do not answer phones and take forever to assist no matter if you are in drive through line or go inside. Make sure you check for syringes before you drive off because you would think it would be common sense to put a syringe in with liquid medicine for a child but they have forgotten them on several different occasions.

The pharmacy is full of RUDE people. 7 people behind the counter eating and drinking, it's a social hour. 6 people in line. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Minute clinic staff are rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. Will not be returning here ever. Decided to leave and get my TB test done elsewhere.
I came early for my appointment and they double booked themselves and saw another person ahead of me. That's less of a big deal, but still annoying.
The provider was annoyed about having to run my insurance and very condescending the whole time she talked to me.
Give this place some customer service training! I'm kind and respectful to everyone and it's so frustrating to get treated so poorly.

I've been going to this cvs pharmacy for years. Today I'm tempted to get all my rxs sent somewhere else. I was told by the pharmacist thurs 11/21/24 night I could get my adhd medication filled on the 11/23. Today i call and was told they don't fill that. And that it's on back order. I don't understand why this place didn't say it since Wednesday 11/20/24 i asked why no one called me about it and why did the pharmacist say she'll talk to be on sat 11/23/24 I have to get a new rx because it cannot be transferred. It's gonna be hard getting ahold of my dr on Saturday, or Sunday. I don't understand why I wasn't told sooner?? Since Wednesday they have had my rx. And I don't even know about them not filling them anymore. Got 2 stories. Idk what to believe

Waited 20 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged by anyone for a scheduled vaccine appointment. Drove across the street to Kroger and got right in without an appointment. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Pharmacy sucks! Very rude, always have an attitude and super slow. Took them 5 hours just to put a label in a bottle and give me prescription after telling would be a 15 minute wait! Ridiculous!

I tried calling on the status of my son's prescriptions because he is unable to call during work. I tried 4 time and gave them all the information they needed and they kept giving me a hard time he is a transfer from Rite Aid and they don't seem to care. They won't let you talk to a person.

Absolutely horrible service! Does not have contracts with way too many insurance companies including the insurance company that I have. I was told that I needed to have the pharmacy where I wanted my prescriptions transferred to call them instead of CVS taking care of the transfer for me themselves.
I tried to call them back to get the transfer initiated and all I get is a recording that sends me to a voicemail asking me to leave a message.
I need my medication and I cannot even get a person to answer the phone!

I like this CVS a lot and the workers here are usually really nice, and they seem to work hard--they are always really busy here. I don't really like their drive through though, and it's too bad because it's very difficult to hear anything through the speaker that's built right into the building. I don't know about the one speaker on the air tube side maybe it's better? Anyway, just be prepared to wait a while if you are using the drive through, but other than that, everyone here is really nice. I even had a horrible anxiety attack in their store years ago, and no one did anything to make it worse, or threatened to call the police on me--so thank you so much! I was having a terrible trauma response flashback it was awful. How embarrassing! This is a good store, better than the one that just closed near Lynn Street next to Huron Foods. That one was odd. The gal who worked there kept trying to give me her phone number! I am sure that she was trying to be nice, but then again, it was kind of a boundary issue for me also. The last time I went here, a nice lady waited on me and she even ran one of my discount coupons even though it was close to closing time. That was really nice of her.

Definitely don’t use the minute clinic at this location over an hour AFTER my appointment and still three people in front of me. People leaving out of line. No one was helpful or cared. Management fully aware and ignored the situation. I could have walked into any other clinic and be seen before my appointment time here. Disgraceful.

A great pharmacy that has been easy to work with. The rest of the store is well stocked with a large selection to choose from. The rewards program helps discount regular prices.

Should probably hire more than one person to cover the whole store. It’s super nice to be able to come in and press the help button on the toothbrushes and get helped….ps Kroger right next door doesn’t lock the toothbrushes up and where cheaper for a better version
