Went to pick up my prescription because they said it would be ready at 12. I got here at 1:00 and it still wasn't ready. I waited in a long line of 12 people. You only had one cashier. You just lost my business. I'm going to Meijer. Your pharmacy is a joke!!

Girl behind counter was great super sweet she had problems with printer of poster size photos I needed she called for Mgr 3 times. Finally 1/2 hrs later he come from upstairs. Meanwhile this poor girl trying to handle customers lined up and fix printer. Mgr was a jerk to her and me. And wouldn't even jump on other register to help out.

I would like to say how disappointed I am in a certain member named Shelby at this CVS location. She was very rude when she answered the phone when I was asking about syringes for my girlfriends insulin and she couldn't have been more unprofessional and rude. It was very upsetting. I hope the next person she speaks with isn't treated this way because it's completely inappropriate! She also had us on hold for over 20 minutes and then put us on another hold for almost 15 minutes. It was just very unprofessional.

What a pigs sty. The area outside the public restrooms needs a good vacuuming. The store manager and employees must not use the public men's restroom. The sink is black, in the bowl and around the faucets, no toilet paper, looked like gum on the floor and the toilet had a dirt ring in it. The last time I'd seen a restroom this bad was in a gas station in Tennesee and I have never been back. I was afraid to go to my appointment in the minute clinic. Poor quality control on someone's part.

The “Minute Clinic” here is an absolute joke. I scheduled an appointment online, arrived 5 minutes early to check in with two others already waiting. I waited 40 minutes without seeing anyone go in or out of the room. I ended up canceling my appointment and leaving, as they clearly don’t respect your time.

I cannot recommend this location enough. The store manager is so incredibly kind, he went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had at another location. I’ll be coming back to this location from here on out.

Very sad that the cashier told me tonight that they will be closing this location. The cashier said the last day for customers is August 31. Will really hurt folks in the neighborhood because a lot of my neighbors walk here. The store is clean and employees are always friendly. I like the photo kiosks for printing and convenience.

CVS Crescent Lk rd, AVOID at all cost. An older lady stood in line ahead of me. 6 ppl were waiting behind us. We all made comments on being in line 10 min & counting! Ali the cashier was super slow & using her cellphone. The girl doing photo was just standing there. After 18min she opened a register! Ali had to assist a woman who looked strung out with the self check-out. It took her first counterfeit $10 bill, but was having issues with the 2nd. Ali tried helping her, then walked to her register to get another 10. She noticed it being counterfeit & used her marker. Heck Stevie wonder could see if was fake. Ali the used her pen on it & told the lady it's counterfeit. Lady said I just got it as change from Shell gas. Ali said take it back & get your money, then helped her more. Finally back at her register she helped the old lady in front of me. When the other girl opened her line, I put everything on the counter & asked Ali if she contacted WTPD. She said "no, I'm busy right now". Umm doing what? Helping fraud & counterfeiting. She'd call them later that night. Guarantee that didn't happen. Half of my coupons wouldn't work & my tiny order was $135! Completely bullcrap! MAIN POINT: 1. You'll be in line 30. 2. Ali can't do her job & helps counterfeiters. 3. Wayyyy over priced! 4. The store is filthy. 5. Management is a dang joke & nobody cares about you! Your a number to them. 6. Go to Dixie, Union Lk, or even better a different company! It's all on their video, I have my receipt, & much more! Boycott this place until they hire new ppl or train theirs, plus get them empathy & common sense! FIRE ALI! Everybody hates this store & uses Dixie or another company. Walgreens is on the corner! Joke of a place & not a funny joke!

My wife and I came in to the store yesterday and today to scan some pictures. Both Cameron and Andy were pleasant and helped us with all of our issues. We literally drive past other CVS stores to go to this particular store because we always get great service there from employees like these two men..

The Waterford CVS store is normally my, go-to store! However, within the last 2 yrs or so - the pharmacy at this store, can't seem to get its Act together! #1, they've changed or replaced everybody that used to know or @ least, what they were doing! it's like a high school or a circus, now!Last winter/early spring, I literally waited in a chair for an hr & a 1/2 for a prescription that was called in 2 days prior. Not 1 customer in the store, except me. I was privy to everything customer's shouldn't be! Cutting up & personal life stories. Now, that's important, just not when I'm sitting there! And for so long, waiting for no good reason! Other than, i was interrupting them? I counted 6 employees (3men & 3 women)working behind the counter! Not 1 person said anything or even addressed me, as to why, it was taking so long! Too busy busting each other & jacking around!I've received mostly the same prescriptions for 20 yrs or more, at this location. Suddenly, they have no idea who I am, what my prescriptions are or whether or not they can fill them! Or even have them in stock? I can kind of understand the supply part, bc of covid? But, just finding someone there who acts w/ professionalism and not condescending snark- is a mistake on their end! I'm seriously thinking about pulling my prescriptions, taking them somewhere else! I have never found more unprofessional, immature & ignorant, so-called professionals, in my life! Bring back the old employees! I'm sorry I have to leave such a scathing assessment of the pharmacy- But please understand this- when you're sick w/ MS & stage 4 cancer, you need just a little bit of knowledge, patience & kindness! it goes a long way!I'm doing YOU, the favor! I'm choosing YOUR store to spend MY $, that actually allows YOUR PAYCHECKS, to be made! STOP treating me so rudely, offering nothing but condescendence & ignorance!I'm not always so vocal about a local service, but I'm TIRED of literally paying them to treat me so, poorly! DO YOUR JOB & tuck that ignorance, in! It's been sticking out for too, long, CVS! Bad attitudes shouldn't be a part of the service you offer your customers! Get it together CVS Pharmacy- in Waterford, Michigan! Remember, there's at least 5 other pharmacies surrounding me (probably more!), that would appreciate the monthly prescriptions my family receives, through you! Let alone the extras, like Vitamins, shampoos & more!What's happening with you??? Come back- old employees!!!

Loved how well the store was stocked and how clean it was. Cashiers April and Marie were so helpful and sweet. Overall my experience was amazing compared to other cvs locations. Will be back to visit this store more often.

This CVS is the best! I have been to many others but, this one is different. The pharmacists, Karam & Hanna, as well as the assistants are so nice and knowledgeable. The rest of the employees are so helpful, I highly recommend!
