SHAME ON CORPORATE!
This is a great Dollar Store! ( Dixie Hwy, Waterford) The ladies there are very friendly. They are also working under terrible circumstances! No air conditioning? These ladies are working their butts off in extreme heat! I can’t believe the management and the corporation get away with this! I wonder how they would like to sweat consistently for eight hours each shift? I’ve left the store due to how uncomfortable it is and watched many others leave. I emailed corporate to NO avail. It’s really a shame. Worse yet, is they expect their employees to work under these conditions! I refuse to go back there to shop, which is unfortunate for me. I will not give that company one dime until they do the right tying. I hope the public continues to post complaints until that company decides to do right by their employees. Disgusting.

I wish there was a way to rate the store and the staff separately. The staff are absolutely amazing and have nothing to do with my rating. I would give the staff 10 stars if I could! I am only giving the owner of the store a 1 star rating. What kind of owner leaves his/her store without air conditioning for over 2 years?! It is not safe for the staff or customers to be in a 90° store at 9:55am! You will regret it when you have a lawsuit on your hands when someone ends up in the hospital! Shame on you!
If the staff are not getting paid while this store is closed, I will gladly direct them to free legal consult! The owner of this store has had 2 years to repair the air conditioning! The employees have suffered through this, still put a smile on their faces, and provided excellent customer service. So if they are not getting paid for this well deserved time off, I will be directing them to my excellent attorney! Good employees are very hard to find these days. Take care of the ones you have.

A bit larger than most so it has some items that you don't see at other stores. Nice people working there helped me find what I needed. I bought more than I expected. When the cashier started to get too many customers, she called for back up/help. She was very pleasant to talk to also. Thank you for a nice shopping exoerience

There's always someone there when I come in, even when they have a customer, I'm always greeted. I often find exactly what I came for on my own but when I can't find something, I can ALWAYS find a person. I happily give 4 stars.Keep up the good work guys ?

Even though the prices have gone up by $0.25, it still has all the things I need for slightly lower price than a big box stores. I Shop here at least once a month.

grandkids lost 50 cents in vending machine that doesn't work, grandkids went and told lady at register, she refused to give them 50 cents back, said call the number on machine. So unkind to them. Last time we go there.

This location doesn’t open on time and almost ALWAYS closes early. Sure it has all your dollar store needs but how useful is it if it’s not open/available when you need. It doesn’t keep the posted hours, or the hours of other dollar tree locations.

There's always someone there when I come in, even when they have a customer, I'm always greeted. I often find exactly what I came for on my own but when I can't find something, I can ALWAYS find a person. Even though they are VERY short staffed, the staff themselves try to keep the store as organized and stocked as they can, and FOR THAT, I happily give 4 stars.Keep up the good work guys ?
