DO NOT GET BREAKFAST SANDWICHES HERE !!! I spent 30 dollars on bacon egg And cheese bagels a few minutes ago and all my sandwiches had 1 piece of bacon on them that was cut in half too make it look like they put 2 on there .. il be coming back in as a matter a fact in a few min ! Terrible terrible to do to paying customers

I called one afternoon to try to place a large order for pickup, whoever picked up the phone said they are not taking orders over the phone. They wanted me to come into the store to place my order, I took my business elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. For starters this place needs to be shut down or all they staff need to be retrained. Second Everytime I come here it's always something from the my iced latte either being watered down to stale bagels. Last Thing is I definitely won't be coming back here, yesterday they messed up my order and when I was asked if they could fix it the lady was yelling at me to get out the drive thru because of the times. Definitely won't be coming back. If you can't resolve a issue without yelling or simply fixing the problem, customer service not for you.

15 minutes in the morning line for coffee.. Update 2 years later at 6:55 in the morning again 15 minutes wait for coffee .

Just got my customized drink like always and it tastes the same. Sad to hear they don't have the brown sugar cream cold brew but it is what it is.

I ordered a large mocha, it was filled slightly past half way. I understand the robbery with the ice drinks. This was a hot drink, fill it up all the way and quit scamming. It's expensive enough already.

Went through the drive though for lattes and the first ones we received seemed to be made without espresso. This location is always good about correcting issues so I went back through the drive through. The manager david went above and beyond and remade the drinks as larges even though we ordered smalls. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Johnny is the absolute best thing that has ever happened to that store. I used to have going there because everybody was rude and it was super slow, now the food is great and the staff… well they’re getting lot better I’ll say that. Keep it up

This is by the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought donuts and coffee for my employees using a company credit card. No receipt was ever given. I went back up to the store and spoke to Randy who told me he was the franchise owner. Randy said that he had no way to reprint the receipt. I then called the corporate customer service phone number and it only got worse. The customer service rep told me that Randy had lied to me and that he could print the receipt. He then continued to ask for my phone number so that Randy could get in contact with me to resolve the matter. I told him that if what he said was true then Randy would just lie again and I would never get my receipt. The customer service rep said that since it was a franchise there was no way for him to get my receipt even though he was able to look up my order. I asked to speak to his boss as this made no sense and he refused to transfer me to anyone else. I was extremely irritated. I gave him my number but Randy never called. I emailed corporates customer service email and got a response almost immediately from Jean the “Customer Relations Coordinator” asking what number I had contacted for corporate so she could look up the case #. I replied with an hour and almost 2 months and multiple emails later I have yet to receive a response from her. This is beyond frustrating! Lied to by the franchise owner, ignored by 2 different “customer service reps” from corporate and I should have been given a receipt when I was there in the first place. I will never use any Dunkin Donuts again!

Can't ever go because the interior is closed and drive thru line is 26 cars deep in the tiny parking lot. Terrible location. Employees are rude as well.

Received two hot caramel lattes in the drive thru today, and one was completely cold. The exchange receiving the coffees was fine, but when we returned to let them know and attempt to get a hot coffee as a replacement, the staff was rude, argumentative/defensive, and refused to give us a receipt. We let the drive thru know after going back around and the staff member said, "I didn't MAKE your latte." No apology. We were not insinuating that she had made the coffee nor demanding that she remake it, just hoping to try to solve a simple problem. We were not argumentative, just stating we'd received a cold coffee. Then, we attempted to ask for a receipt so we could leave a survey. She quickly answered "I can't do that." Refused to give a receipt and was blatantly rude and unapologetic. I will say that the manager did attempt to print us a receipt and was trying to be as helpful as he could versus the staff he manages. I understand these staff members are working hard, dealing with all types of customers every day, and are very busy. If you give this store your business, just be aware that the staff exchange with customers is unpleasant and it's clear they feel like they're being attacked when a customer brings a mistake to their attention for a resolution. You may be met with rude, defensive, unapologetic staff.

I came through the drive thru yesterday order a coffe, hot chocolate, mix of the munkins, boston cream donut and a Carmel blast. They gave us 2 regular coffees instead of a hot chocolate for my 6 year old, and all one kind of munkins. The Boston cream donut had no filling in the donut and looked like someone poke their finger through it. I called the store a bunch of times and they don't ever answer the phone!
