We had an amazing experience at this Firestone location. We were about 30 minutes into a 3 hour drive home on 3/9 when my low tire pressure warning light lit up. We pulled off the freeway and discovered a nail in the sidewall of my rear driver's side tire and it was deflating quickly. I called Firestone, one of the only places open on a Sunday, and despite having two other customers in the waiting area, they serviced my vehicle immediately and we were on our way home with a new tire in about an hour. They even allowed our dog to hang out in the waiting area with us (we really had nowhere else to put her).
They did a fantastic job understanding our needs and making us feel valued, and I can't recommend the staff at this location enough!

The prices to me, were more than at the dealership. I’m new the the area brought a home less than a mile from the store, (about 3 months ago) so I said let me give them a try, never again, I’ll go back to the dealership from here on out.

I was getting stuck all over and had to take a friend to the airport. It was early Sunday morning and most every where was closed. I called panicked. They said they needed the size of the tires, I had no clue. I asked if i came in, could the look at tell me, and possibly get it done in time (a couple of hours max). I went there, they found some winter tires and got them on and the car ready in time
I got my friend there 5 minutes early. Awesome people. Friendly, helpful and patient putting up with a panicked customer. Thank you Camrin and Jason for a wonderful experience.

I got a flat on a Sunday with a spare I could not use. I was towed to Friestone and they were great! They got my spare fixed and put on and got me back on the road in less than an hour. They were also very nice!

I've had numerous issues with my truck. After an epic failure with Belle tire, I needed an alignment done with someone that I could trust.
It's only been a few days, but I've managed to put on over 500 miles and still flawless. The techs, the manager, the salesmen, everyone there took the time to listen to me, and work with me to ensure that the job was done correctly and safely.
I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and this was all for only an alignment and two tires.
Id definitely recommend them for other work.

The technicians and service Manager Josh Staley were able to solve my tire pressure sensor and dead battery issue in a short time. Even though I left and the TPM light came back on, they accommodated me brining my car back immediately and solved the issue quickly. I really appreciated the response and will return again when I need service.
