It is impossible to cancel the monthly pass, even when you stop by in personEdit: After moving out of the area, I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls attempting to cancel, all of which received no response. I then made the drive to stop in person twice, on two separate days between 4-5pm on weekdays during the summer to cancel, and they were closed. The only way I was able to cancel was by filling a dispute with my credit card company, which also received no response from Forster's, but did ultimately get them to stop charging me.

I have a membership here. The wash is inconsistant at best. Sometimes some of the equipment is down. The pre-wash is inconsistant. The towl dry is great. Always tip. I may or may not continue my membership. We shall see.

Horrible service, snotty girl working, and no way to contact the owner with an issue. Most expensive car wash since I'm buying new trim. At least $50. Nobody was even outside to tell me it was hanging off my car.

The autowash always misses a couple trouble areas, front bumper, windshield etc. I always ask the washers to hit those areas with the brush. Washer barely touched front of car went thru once front end was a mess, so went thru a for a second time. Told the washer to better scrub the front end and she said it looked fine. Got out of the car to show her the trouble spots, and the manager comes running out from behind the door.(Blonde haired kid at 4PM) yelling at me to get in the car. I try to explain to him that i was pointing out the trouble spots and all the POT SMELLY ANGER MONGER could do is yell get in the car. I said then wash my car. He ran inside, ran back out threw my monthly fee in my face, said you have been removed from our system and don't set foot back on this property. I have multiple cars that use this wash on a monthly basis, and if this is how you want someone representing your business then you don't need mine. After 20 years of going here, I wouldn't recommend this place with their current management. Disrespected customer sent away with dirty car.

My favorite car wash in all of Waterford its fast easy and they do a good job. If you get your oil changed down the street they give you a free car wash with the oil change. They offer a few different price options at the car wash. They do have a towel dry as well at the end of the wash.

I just got a fast pass four days ago. The attendant helped me stick it on in the right place so it would be read. I came in the other day at 8:30 AM and could see two attendants through the window. I was trying to use the fast pass for about 10 minutes watching all other cars go in through the line next to me. I backed up. I moved a little forward. I kept trying to see if the fast pass would work. No one came out. Even after I pressed the Help button. I backed up and then got out of my car and knocked on the window. By the time I got to the door of the person had walked away. Not satisfied at all.

came here Tuesday at 8:25 AM. Hours posted say open at 730. I have a supposed fast pass, which showed a green light when I came up to have it scanned. I purchased it a few days ago. The gate did not open and I kept pressing help and making a phone call as it prompted me to do. I saw two men in the office who did not come to assist me. no one answered the call. My husband warned me not to come to this place because he had a bad experience, but it was so convenient I was willing to give them another chance. Very very poor customer service. I know it was open because all other cars were going in and the towel dry guy kept looking down at me

Something has changed and this wash now damages my wheels every time I visit.I had been using this wash for around a year with very little issue until recently. Up to this point it has been great - my car would come out very clean except for a few spots (which every automatic wash seem to struggle with, so I cannot be too critical), the staff are respectful and responsive (if a bit overworked), and the monthly plan pricing was a good deal even with the recent price increases.Unfortunately, I will no longer use this wash. It seems that at sometime around March or April of this year they have changed something on the conveyor track and it will now damage the lip of my vehicle's front left wheel. At first, I thought that this was being caused by a rough road surface somewhere (this is Michigan after all), but for three visits in a row my front wheel's lip would have two "bites" spaced about an inch apart, without fail, and it had gotten progressively worse with each visit. The first time, it appeared more like chips in the paint and touch-up paint did a good job covering the damage. The second time, the "bites" were a bit more aggressive, but still easily covered up, and is when I began to suspect the car wash was the culprit. The third time, I visually confirmed no new damage before entering the wash, and upon coming out I found that there were not just two more "bites" but one of the "bites" was a pea-size chunk carved right out of the lip AND it had somehow scraped the middle of one of the wheel spokes. VERY disappointing.I spoke to one of the employees (did not catch his name) in the office, and showed him the damage, and he agreed with my assessment, was sympathetic, but offered only to cancel my monthly subscription. I suppose there is not much else to be done. I absolutely cannot recommend this car wash until they address this issue.

Historically I don't usually subscribe to car washes. I will say overall this car wash appears to be well put together. The line usually moves fairly quick even if it is busy. The inside mechanics of the car wash look to be very up to date and clean. I was a bit frustrated by the customer communication with the monthly subscription. Foresters was running a special on the monthly subscription that I was talked into signing up for. Afterwards I struggled to figure out how to cancel the subscription and could not reach someone on the phone. I eventually got a reply through email that seemed short. This originally felt like a friendly neighborhood business when I was sold the subscription, however I didn't feel the love when I was still charged for the full month when I hadn't been using the service.

I got an oil change here and I’ve been to a lot of places to get an oil change and the two guys who were very thorough, they checked out my whole car to make sure everything was straight and let me know if any findings, and it only took like 15 min not even

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY PASS - typically staff is nice, and the car washes are fine, but if you ever need to cancel your monthly membership they make it IMPOSSIBLE. The first time I had an issue I had gotten a new car, and they charged me twice for 3 months and never reimbursed me. They removed the second payment. Now I’m trying to cancel due to finances and it has been impossible. I have tried pressing the call light while in line and no one will come out to help me. I have tried calling to cancel and no one answers the phone. It sucks this program is so complicated because I do like going here, but these issues may keep me from returning.

The only reason they get any stars is for the older gentlemen who are a delight to see. The young ladies have been consistently disrespectful, and the looks they give customers could kill. I’m extremely disappointed and no longer wish to have my monthly membership. I will be contacting the owner within the month.

I have been a long time customer of this car wash, and it pains me to have to send out this review... On the Friday before Easter, I took my girlfriends Toyota Prius to the car wash because I wanted to do something nice for her and get it clean. While I was going through the car wash, the machinery broke the panels behind the rear, most windows. I did not see the damage until I got home, returned to the car wash, and advised them of the breakage, and was given the broken pieces that they had located inside the car wash! I filed a damage report with the manager who advised me that he had to speak to the owner for a determination, and upon my return to the car wash the following Tuesday I was notified that they would not cover the damage. The panels are part of the body, not additional equipment, and should be covered under their insurance... And now I have to pay out of pocket to replace the panels that they're equipment broke...

I have had the unlimited wash now for almost 2yrs and they have gotten consistently worse every time I go. The workers could not seem more unhappy and it affects the quality that you pay for. Since the unlimited wash isn’t the only in town anymore I have happily canceled my membership.

Ive been there several times because it is the nicest drivethru car wash in that area but everytime I pull though my car NOR my SUV are fully clean! I emailed the company and got one of the absolute most RUDE replies I've ever heard of. I had not asked for a refund or any services. All I had asked for in my email is for them to encourage their employees to do a little better job. IThey basically told me to screw off and take my business elsewhere!
