I just got off the phone with Bria and the manger Wendy at the Waterford location and they absolutely made my day! I just needed a little help but the 8 minute conversation not only made my day but put a huge smile on my face. It’s been a rough couple of weeks but their help completely changed my mindset. I HIGHLY recommend working with Danielle Tiernan. I was in desperate need of a new car and I was only able to get one because of her. This was my first time financing a car and she did an amazing job explaining everything and made the entire process as easy as possible. I only have positive things to say about Danielle.

They froze my business account money because I found a envelope on the ground as i walked into the bank and put it in my pocket. after i left i found there was cash in it and had intended to return later that day to give it to them. the loss prevention team placed a restriction on my clients pre pay money in my business account to recover the money that was unrelated to my business that i found on the floor with no identification or name on it or bank slip. I returned the money later that day and now i do not feel safe keeping any money there as they have proven they will take that money for whatever they want. I am closing all of my accounts immediately after all of my business is done this week. they didnt even wait for me to reply to them.

I had a problem with unauthorized charges on my account. I spoke with Marielle on the phone and she started the process of getting those charges reversed. When I came into the office to get a new card Marielle helped me again. She was friendly and very helpful.

Every experience I have had inside both Waterford locations, the Highland Rd-M59 and Dixie Hwy locations have always provided the best quality service.The staff always make sure to great me promptly and all have a great attitude every single time I go into either one of these locations
