Just don’t go here, save yourself the headache. From my experience I have gathered that nobody is good at their job here. I got constant excuses, mistakes, and zero updates unless I initiate communication. They will leave out damages in your report. They look out for the insurance company more than the customer. Had my vehicle towed back to my home to wait for another estimate from another body shop, now it doesn’t start. Pretty shady. They said my engine is fine and my check engine light doesn’t come back with any codes. They will lie directly to you and downplay damages. No matter which way you cut it they will work with the insurance company to figure out the best way to screw you.

Our van was recently involved in a small accident and we took it to Gerber to repair mostly cosmetic damage. Shortly after the accident (after the initial estimate appointment but before the actual repair appointment) the car started to experience electrical issues. I was fairly certain they were not accident related but they recommended I bring it back in to take a good look and be sure. Their troubleshooting and advice revealed an unrelated issue that I was able to address immediately after picking the car up from being repaired. Their assistance on this matter was above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. The repair was good and the car looks good as new. Additionally the entire staff was friendly and helpful while working through the car rental process and working with the insurance company. While nobody wants to have to visit a collision shop, I would return if I have to and would recommend this shop to others.

I handed over my car to them on August 2nd, and my vehicle is STILL in their possession. It came to light today that a car part is STILL missing.They have been unable to give me even an APPROXIMATE timeline for completion. Even our initial ESTIMATE took over A WEEK to provide.This level of inefficiency is truly unacceptable, and I have never encountered such a lack of effectiveness before. They reach out to me twice a week to update me on the car's status, but never inform me about WHEN I CAN EXPECT TO RETRIEVE IT.

I’m not the one to talk down about a place but you know it’s really bad when I gotta go on here and drop a review I’d suggest anyone reading this stays away from this place it took a month to get the parts and after I dropped my car in I was told it’ll take about a week to do everything I was fine with that until I took a little more than 2 weeks because they forgot to order some parts and not only that but I got the car back with over spray and some messed up weather stripping and my chrome pieces were bent which I told one of the guys and they tried to tell me they didn’t do it but i know for a fact it was not like that I took it back to the shop to get the over spray removed and the weather stripping replaced and I was only able to get the weather stripping replaced because they ordered the wrong thing and now it’s been over a month and I have yet to receive a phone call about it even when they told me they’ll call me in a couple days they lack communication badly and this whole repair process felt like a half a** job I’d recommend anyone to look into any other options that’s not a Gerber collision especially this one

Whatever you do, do not go to this Gerber collision and glass. They have had my vehicle for a week and because of communication issues still haven’t even began to repair it while I sit around wasting money I don’t have on a rental vehicle because Gerber wants to waste my time and money. And every time you try to call you are sent to a call center before being directed to this location. And if they claim they will call you back with information don’t expect to hear from them. This has been the worst vehicle repair experience of my life and all they need to do is replace my windshield. Its ridiculous.Update: finally picked up my car after being yelled at by an overcompensating middle management who offered no apology or solution to how his business is being poorly run.

So far, I have only gotten an estimate. Clean garage area. Very friendly staff that took their time to explain what needs to be fixed. I have made an appointment to take my mom's car back to be repaired.

My Mercedes Benz 2019 was dropped off to get fixed. I posted before and after pictures. Repairs estimated time was a month, it took a little over a month due to parts being delayed which I completely understand. This shop is a 5 star experience! The best spectacular place I have ever been too. josh, Megan, Steve, David & the whole team are extremely professional, very respectful and polite. always kept me update it on the process of the vehicle. please do not hesitate to take your car here!!. I'm sure they do great work still, but the office workers and the call center drop the ball. Called a week before going in and was told they can begin work the day of the estimate. Went to the business (now in the dealership) was told they are at least a week out but I would have the estimate by the following morning, two day later still nothing... Called and they still haven't got to it. I had a spare vehicle for a week - which I told them, yet zero care given.... Wasted the week waiting for them.

Took my 2016 Mini Cooper in to get front end damage repaired as it was a recommended shop of my car insurance. Estimated time to repair was 2-3 weeks, it took over 4 BUT it was done correctly. I understand getting parts was the cause for the delay (which is out of their control) and Adams communication with me was good. Had a very good discussion with the manager about the difficulty in getting employees and by the look of the garage, they could use a few more. Will go back to them if I have more body work.

Never take your car here we had collison work done on the front fender threw our insurance and these idiots took parts off our motor and replaced them with different parts and our check engine light came on so I took it back to make them fix it they also refered me to take it to the dealership to get it fixed because it was under warranty on for the to take parts off my motor then the whole time they had our car they where using it for transportation run the miles up on our lease

They did an excellent job fixing my car after a minor accident and were thorough, husband only had good things to say! Very pleasant folks, really appreciated the work, timely fix, and surprise cleaned interior!

We're very timely and fixed my car perfect again. A tip, when you are waiting for parts, give them a call and get an appointment for having the work done sooner if the parts have come in.
