This pharmacy is a nice one, mature techs are helpful.
Pharmacist is a great big problem. Refused to fill prescription for 5 Norco pills. Said insurance won't pay for it because it is too soon. ER sent prescription for 12 Narco yesturday. My hubby has a large kidney stone and is having surgery tomorrow! Doctor is trying to get him comfortable overnight! So after an argument with Pharmacist he is making me wait ONE HOUR before he will fill the ordered prescription! We were told at drop off a specific time and I waited an hour longer already for 2nd prescription. Pharmacy never contacts when they can't or won't fill prescription, you find out at pickup.
NOW Pharmacist said he will no longer fill my hubby's meds because I pointed out that he messed up.

I've never had an issue here. My prescriptions are ready on time, prices are great, and the staff are very friendly.

Recently every time I order bacon on my grocery pick up order, it's brown. Uncooked bacon should be pink. And the veggies are rarely really fresh. Or if they are, they'll only be fresh for like one day after I purchase them. Krogers commercials advertise that their staff picks out the freshest meats and produce to give to customers who place pick up orders, but I don't agree. It would be alright if it was only once but it's becoming worse and worse over the last few months.

The pharmacist, I believe his name was Andrew?, was very polite and answered my questions. Compared to other pharmacists, he was great!

Had the greatest customer service from this pharmacy since coming here, the pharmacists and the pharmacy techs are very nice. My scripts are always done on time!

I've definately noticed a change over the last 2 months. They were terrible for a while after losing their 2 pharmacists and techs. They have finally got their grove and are running much more efficiently. I'm happy I have stuck with them. I actually get texts again when my scripts are done. They have time to answer my questions, and I don't have to wait in line forever. I think the drive thru is open again too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Found everything I was looking for with no hesitation. I do not usually shop at this store, but I may have to rethink this option.

It used to be that Kroger rotated their items, kept a clean and organized environment along with a full service deli. Not so much now. Deli is haphazardly open. Staff, specially one man, is not only slow but moody. I ordered American cheese. It was sliced and stacked on itself. I was unable to pull it apart. Again I went and asked for it to be separated. Each layer was four pieces of cheese, stuck together AGAIN! Shelves are in disarray. Items are not being rotated. I find at times the better expiration dates are in the front of almost expired product. Meats on clearance with no expiration date in site. I even asked at the butcher counter. They told me that if it was expired it would not be put out. I asked how would anybody know if no date is on the product. I received no answer. Let us talk about the pharmacy. It can take forever to get meds in house. I have been told they were filling more important prescriptions than mine-true! Never received a return call when I left a voicemail. Honestly it is rare anybody answers. Went in and was told they are to busy to listen to messages from customers and doctor's offices. The faces of the pharmacists change . I changed pharmacies and a new one refused to call to obtain my remaining prescription refills as they wait unbelievable lengths of time. This is from multiple visits where an incident seemed to happen on multiple different days. Typically I do not shop at the local competition, however, at this point I am DONE! Higher prices or not! I sent a complaint in to Kroger using their complaint format on their website. They have never made an effort to get back to me. Sad!

If you are thinking of switching to Kroger pharmacy at this location, DON'T!I've had the displeasure of dealing with one specific unexperienced pharmacist who has disrespected as well as talked down to me both months, which I so regretfully wish I hadn't switched over to from my other pharmacy, with a condescending tone instructing me of what he will and won't do and when vs what he needs to do per actual instructions that was written and given to him. Do not go to this 'know it all' if u want to be treated with empathy and respect like all should and leaving it in his hands to decide if you matter.

Horrible customer service! Always miss counting medications. Bills incorrectly and doesn’t follow directions on prescription. Also don’t worry if you have covid… they shut their drive thru due to staffing and tell you to come inside when you have covid.

They need to shut down unable to provide Prescriptions due to "staffing" . If you can't do the job you are here for then...time to close shop. 2 weeks and counting.

I never do a bad review but in this case is they deserve it. I put a prescription for my daughter one week ago!!!! I went today because I didn't receive a call about my prescription and they didn't have it ready ? the service is horrible. I don't know what happened with the people that were working there in the past. They werebetter. Now all young people that works there are very ? they need to do a lote to improve the service
