This place is absolutely the worst for customer service. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I have had to go up to service counter due to an error made I’m sure by computer technology and not human error. The only reason I give this place two stars is because the cashier, Janet, I go to faithfully every Sunday is amazing. She is kind and very engaging to her customers. However I should have called or wrote corporate regarding several employees and even recorded one, a stocker that ridiculed me as I was shopping and grabbed some reduced bags of salad I was using for a larger event that day . It was very unsettling. The so called manager yesterday who I had to see because I had to yet again question why half of my coupons were not scanned totaling over 6.00 dollars to my receipt. As my food got warm , ice cream melting , etc , she gave me a hard time over it all , after she realized she was wrong she had nerve to point out I should have thanked her ! Really and please believe what I had to go through before this situation with the guy up there before so angry he shut down wouldn’t acknowledge me and wanted punch me? So I asked for someone else and this is what I got ? I will be contacting corporate. Steer clear this store and unfortunately like me if you do have to go to service desk for anything record it . These people should lose thier jobs so many other people need work , obviously shouldn’t be allowed work with the public . I’ve been working as a dental assistant 35 years patient aren’t always pleasant but they are always right .

Not good. Every delivery or pick up we do through the Kroger in Waterford on Crescent Lake Rd is missing $80-$100 worth of our order because their out of stock of many items and unwilling to sub them with something that might cost them 20 cents more. Example, hotdogs buns, out of the ones we ordered and can't sub them with the next closest item? We are talking regular old hotdog buns. Can't shop here anymore or use their service if their never going to give us the complete order. Total ineptness.

Where do I start? Ok. Do they pay anyone to plow parking lot. What a mess. Shopping carts everywhere. They don’t pay people to bring them in? That being said there were two shopping carts inside. This was at 5 PM. Clogged entrance with all the tables of baked goods and flowers. Store smells. It has always smelled. Almost like the sewer is backing up. Guess what. They’re remodeling/reshelving again. Wandered around for 29 minutes trying to find something. Can’t get down the aisles because of rude, idiot customers or the people fulfilling pickup orders with their giant carts. Pretty inconsiderate to not let me by. Oh. Then they’re stocking all over and have boxes and pallets everywhere. Self checkout because there is one cashier. If I have to scan and bag my own stuff then I should get a discount. Not to mention the wait because everyone at the self checkout has shopping carts filled with stuff. Lastly. The racist African American woman that is sometimes a cashier was on the self checkout. She’s amazingly rude to me. I’m white. Sweet as can be to the woman next to me. Shocking. She was black. She went to her and the other black customer even though I was clearly waiting first. That’s the Waterford Kroger in a nutshell. Quickly becoming a ghetto store like Meijer. I’ll just go to VCs exclusively from now on.

If you schedule a pick up make sure you schedule it for at least 2 hours earlier than you need it because they never have it ready on time.

They have an automotive section, but they don't carry gasoline freeze, which is standard to have.

Kroger is discriminating against Senior Citizens. Seniors are less likely to drive and thus have to order delivery, thus fuel points are totally useless to us. When I said something I was told that I could "give my fuel points away". I'd rather haves a discount on my groceries.

Debbie at the front desk is a miserable person. I wanted to purchase a money order and she refused to sell it to me because I asked what the limit was that I could buy. She had an attitude the minute I walked to the desk. Try and do better Debbie, and don't be salty.

This is the absolute worst Kroger I have been to. The young lady that works the self checkout is rude every single time I go there, not to mention it smells like rotting garbage. Definitely gonna change krogers.

Terrible smell as I walked through produce department, something like burning rubber. Everyone in bottle return was upset about the bins being full with no attendants in sight. Then I could not find any
Kroger eggs of any type or size, and no one to ask about it.
I don't usually shop at this Kroger, and glad for that as it was not well managed today.

I am here right now in the bottle return along with another customer and the lights are out and 3 can machines say bin full and 1 bottle machine says closed. So I am leaving and the other male customer is also. It is 7:10 pm Tuesday night

We go to this kroger almost every month. Today the self checkout machine accused my partner of stealing, and the attendant (white woman) said to my partner it's because he "looks suspicious". Told him to have a good day when he left as if she didn't just tell him to his face that she was profiling him

Picked up bagels at the bakery only to find they were not as labeled. Don't trust their labels.

This location is fine, the people are nice and the location is conveniently located. The 3 star is because Kroger itself sucks. They have some many micro deals in the store and they make you work so hard to get them. It’s routine to cash out then have to go to customer service because some sale didn’t kick in. This one is a digital coupon, then this one is buy 5 or more, this one is buy in groups of 4, this product is in the wrong place. I have 2 kids with me, it’s too hard to do all this mental math and figuring out. Kroger has stolen the joy of simplistic shopping. I am the son of a grocery store owner, tech wiz and great at math and I still have a hard time getting it right. They do that on purpose to take advantage of customers so they don’t notice or care enough about a nominal difference. Shame on you Kroger.

The SMELL! Literally the whole entire store reeks like a public toilet. It is nauseating. I literally drive all the way to the white lake location just so I don't have to go in this stinky kroger.
