If I could give them a zero rating, I would!!! Horrible service! I brought in a brand new suit jacket to be cleaned for a wedding. I asked for it to be cleaned. It was clearly not cleaned and just pressed. I got it home and found one of the front buttons broken. I immediately called them and they denied breaking the button, saying it was impossible for them to break it when they hand pressed it. This is a brand new suit that did not have a broken button when it was tried on & purchased. They agreed to fix it, but when I got there, they continued to deny responsibility and didn't even have buttons to replace it with! The wedding is tomorrow and I now have to figure out how to get this button replaced!!! I will never go here ever again and do not recommend this business to anyone!

Needed my wedding dress altered after taking it to a “well known” place where the lady was rude and said she couldn’t do what I needed. Brought it here, wish I knew the lady’s name. She was so friendly and had no problem doing the alterations I needed done. She made me feel beautiful in my dress and it was done before I even needed it. When I came to pay for my dress I couldn’t believe how affordable it was, after paying the other place a fortune for alterations that weren’t even done. Just want to say thank you for making a stressful situation so easy. Before I brought my wedding dress here I didn’t even like it anymore because of the way it fit and now I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!Service: Alterations

Just used them for the first time for dry cleaning and they ruined $200 worth of clothes. Their first reaction was to argue that “it must be dust” that makes the clothing look so bad and then just said “sorry”. Terrible service and would recommend that you not use them and risk my same experience.

Worst dry cleaning experience. Signs says 1hours but that's only if you're there at 7am when they open not at 9am and need same day. The owner is rude and short with customers. Per the owners own words "just go somewhere else" and I agree with him he's a human piece of garbage not deserving of your business.

I took a wool blazer in to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up,
they had shrunk it at least 2 sizes. I could barely get it on, the sleeves were 6 inches shorter and I couldn't move my arms because it was so tight.
I returned to the store and was told by the owner's wife, that she would re-cklean it
and stretch it out. There was no difference when I returned to get it, other than the poiskets were a little better.
She insisted that it looked fine and would do nothing about it.
I live in a fixed income and cannot afford to replace clothing at will.
They should have replaced the blazer or offered some kind of compensation.
Needless to say, I will not go back and will tell my friends about my bad experience.
Obviously, they don't care about their customers and there are too many other dry cleaners who do.
