We went here to help my mother-in-law get a new phone. They didn't have the phone she wanted, so she had to settle for a more expensive phone. The salesman was helpful.

Stopped at this store last Thursday evening to upgrade my phone. They have just a few options and I took the phone that the clerk said was pretty good. By Saturday I wanted to get rid of it. It was horrible, and many apps do not work with it. I went back Saturday afternoon and the place was closed up, yet they were supposed to be open. I went back Monday, and the clerk told me they do not take back phones at all, even though I wanted to just exchange it for the more expensive phone and pay the difference. He said it was the owner who will not take the phone back, not him. Either way, stay clear of this location. Will never go back.

I work a very busy schedule and can't ever get in to pay my bill. Never open when there supposed to be. Tired of wasting my time and gas. Also paying online will not work. Therefore I'm forced to drive miles away to the next location.

I stopped in this morning to get a quote on a cell phone. The technician at the counter wasn't too experienced. He didn't have any kind of understanding of prices, so I ended up walking out and not getting a phone and not knowing how much it even was going to be. He tried to make a call to his manager, but he could not get through to him. It was a big waste of time for me and I will not go back. Just a suggestion if you're going to hire somebody, at least give them the proper training they need to run your business.

Was in on Saturday with a broken phone. The young man that helped me was outstanding. This is my new Metro. Always went to the Store on Pontiac lk rd in Waterford. Called them yesterday to ask a couple questions, Larry was so rude to my husband. Wouldn't let him finish a question without interrupting him. When he asked him to please stop interrupting his response was. "Bro I have people in my store and I don't have time to answer a bunch of questions." Our total call time was under 3 minutes.

If it would let me give negative stars I definitely would!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! We had been doing business with the previous owners for years and they were amazing. This location was closed and purchased by someone who has no idea what they're doing in early October. Came for an upgrade on my husband's phone. He had trouble figuring out what to do the entire time I was there. Got the upgrade and added insurance... Less than 7 days later my husband restarted his phone and it took 30 mins to power on. I called and was told if it happened again to come up there. Well it happened again and the phone would not turn on at all. He basically called my husband stupid and berated him. We went to the Auburn hills location and the guy there was absolutely amazing! I got an upgrade for myself and he was so I knowledgeable and great. But told us there was never Insurance added to my husband's now not working phone that he needs for work. When I called this location and told him the issue I was hung up on. Please take your business to the Auburn hills location! The new owners here are shady and even changed my passcode and security questions. I was told that they did it so we could only go to that Waterford location so it would guarantee them the business. Thankfully I found a great person at Auburn hills who knew how to fix the shadiness of the entire situation with Waterford.
