They not only sell you fish and products but also educate you too. I learned so much from them and know I can ask questions anytime. Phil and Justin are the BEST.

Walking through the door, the first thing I see, was every employee wholeheartedly, doing their jobs. The girls even walked everything out to my car and made sure my daughters new leopard gecko was going to his new home comfortable and well prepared! I highly recommend.

Storefront is well stocked with anything you might need. Staff are also knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you have the right set up for the fish (or pet) you're buying, and make recommendations based on how the animal should be kept! Small staffed so please be patient. You won't regret it.

I called to get some info on external cannister filters. Ryan was very helpful and set the products aside until I could come in the following day. Ryan would be off that day so he told me I should ask for Dan. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helped fine tune my needs.

This place has a large selection of beautiful animals that seem to be very well handled and cared for! Bought a White's green tree frog, and he's so healthy and happy! Eats great, and has beautiful color to him! Reasonable prices on all of their live animals too. They have a good selection of tanks, aquariums, and supplies for sale.

I would not recommend going here for bugs. Especially in bulk. We got 25 wax worms, yesterday mind you, and over half of them are dead and they are priced at $4.29 for probably 5 worms. All the bugs they have die within the day.

My son loves looking at all of the animals and fish while we pick up food for his leopard geckos. There is a huge variety of both salt water and fresh water fish! They also have lizards, geckos, turtles, tortious, snakes, feeder mice, crickets, as well as tanks, dog toys and spiders! The staff is always friendly and informative.

It's changed.. I wasn't asked or allowed to chose which fish out of the tank I wanted. Wasn't given much info on the fish he encouraged either. Like what the name of the species is ? Large selection that I drove 35 miles to get to and customer service definitely isn't what it used to be. Edit I forgot, they didn't even show me one of the 2 fish I came in asking about

We got our Bearded Dragon from here and they were so helpful with how to care for him, what to feed him. They are very friendly, and everything we needed for him was all here.

I've been coming to this store even since I was a kid and first started getting all kinds of animals and fish. I even used to sell them my baby cockatiels that would breed all the time way back in the day.The store is a small, but they have a great variety of fish from both freshwater and saltwater, and the fish are usually always healthy and well-priced. I've only had one or two times where I've bought Tetra's that have ich disease (which killed off my whole tank) BUT, the store was kind enough to give me a store credit for all my fish that died as a result of it which I greatly appreciated. I've also purchased a crested gecko from here who was from an owner who no longer wanted him, and he's been happy and healthy for the 3 years I've had him now. Love that little guy. They do have a small selection of reptiles and amphibians as well if you're not looking for anything fancy. If you know this store, then you know you really have to grab an employee in order to be helped since they're usually doing other things or busy. Once you get someone though they're pretty helpful in getting you what you need. You just can't be shy and have to be slightly forward when getting someone. My advice is to also come during the week and not the weekend when it's super busy. Side note: if any of your fish die from here, make sure you keep their bodies and receipt otherwise they will not give you a refund or credit (which makes sense obviously or people would lie). Overall, this is the main store I have always gone to and have been for the last 20 years. I hope they never close because they are MUCH MUCH better than any big box corporate store (which I despise) and seem to take way better care of their tanks and reptiles than any other store. I commend them for that.Best fish store you'll find in any radius 100%.

We have visited this store in the past and they did not have the selection they have now. Very impressed with their selection of salt water corals today! We will be returning!

Owner is a nice guy but I’ve had mostly negative customer service experience when visiting this store. Tanks are very dirty and there are usually dead fish around the store. Make sure to take a good look at the fish they select for you, I’ve had to ask for different ones due to deformities (cardinal tetra, NTD) . Almost every fish we brought home had a disease so make to quarantine for the full period. Prices are fair but must be careful when introducing to your tank
