Pizza is always so good. Today I wanted a pita. It was so stale it was crumbling in my hand. I also ordered steak fries well done. When I received them they were not even close to being done let alone well done. So disappointed.

First time I had ever had Papa Romanos pizza. We got the deep-dish spicy Italian and was really good. All the toppings were fresh and delicious. However, I don't really think the term spicy belongs in the title. Want very spicy. Delicious, not spicy. I ended up putting hot pepper flakes on for the heat. Definitely will get pizza from them again though!

Order was late. No apologies. Employees using vular language inside store while waiting for food. When finally received order it was missing mushrooms. There was house flies throughout the lobby area.
