Pet Supplies Plus in Waterford is located in the Northway Plaza and has been part of the community for over 20 years. The store has a very helpful and friendly staff that is knowledgeable and always has a great attitude. Customers report a large selection of items, with the store being neat, easy to navigate, and usually well stocked. The grooming department does a fantastic and thorough job, with fast times on services like nail clippings. The self-wash is also fairly priced and easy to use. While some note prices can be high, it is considered a good place to try items out. Many call it their only puppy store and the best Pet Supplies Plus they have visited.

Gandalf loves going to see jim and friends at the pet supplies plus and getting his dog sausages. Great store and staff. He liked that santa paws visited the store this year too.

The girl that works in the grooming dept did such a fantastic job on my doberman's nails I'll never go anywhere else. She took the time to actually do a thorough job, unlike any other grooming places around.
