I moved all of my belongings out on 2/25/24 and set my move out date as 2/26/24, the next day. They sent me an email saying they would email me in 48 hours after they confirmed the space was clear, nothing more for me to do on my part. That never happened and they have been sending me notices of an unpaid bill for all of March 2024 and finally confirmed a move-out date of 3/27/24, owing $91 for the month of March. An employee from a Wixom location called me on 3/14/24 to see if I could pay and I explained all of this to her, and they still did nothing. Terrible checkout experience, glad I turned off auto-pay or they would probably try to stick me with a bill for April as well. Beware they jack up the rates every few months too. Worst company I've dealt with.

One star it way too generous. I am a current customer who is always paid up-to-date and on time. I rent a temperature controlled unit that is inside an interior building. In order to access the building it needs you to enter a code into the main door. This lock system has been down since I have arrived on Thursday 11/2 around 1 pm. A ticket to have it repaired has been filed. However today is Sunday 11/5 at 12:30pm. I still do not have access to my unit thay holds my personal property. The schlag lock that is non working dose have a key hole. However management dose not have the key to access the units. How are you in charge of peoppes belongings and do not have a key to access the building when the technology fails. Furthermore why do you use a third party company who is in charge of your locks who dose not respond within 24 hours aswell are closed on the weekend. I can not have proper access to my property with being a paid customer. But if I was to be behind on my payments they would waste no time locking me out and seezing my property. I do not recommend them they are not a responsable company nor managment.

I will never rent from here again. They will constantly raise the rent and they have excessive fees.

They start w low rates then after a month or two they jacked it way up no one there half the time would never recommend this place and they have rats or mice

Rented for a few months moved out on the second of the month and I was charged for the whole month instead of prorating it. Customer service was suppose to contact me about the issue never did and I had to call back again just to be told it was rejected. I use storage units alot I will never use this company again and neither will my family! Absolutely absurd.

Mice in my unit the first month of rental. Can't get a hold of property manager during business hours. No one ever answers the phone. Office is closed with great frequency when it's scheduled to be open.

Was a couple weeks late as a result of losing my wallet and having to get new identification and cards, and they cut off my lock and went into my unit literally within 3 weeks of being late.

The place is clean, feels secure and they continue to upgrade . Any questions or concerns were addressed same day with Vickie or the after hours service. They do a good job communicating via text or email though you can get a live person if you are old skool like me?.I called yesterday and left a message got a call back in less than 5 mins. The customer service from the property manager was on point and I was satisfied. I def recommend the Dixie highway, Waterford Michigan location. Thank you Vickie?
