TERRIBLE! RUINED A $500 Marc Jacob ski jacket. Tried to return it with holes on the.hood and color went from brown to Grey. The Man said that was the way it was brought in and argued with me. Horrible and dishonest person!

Sim Cleaners is our favorite place to have all our laundry needs met. There are endless choices to have laundry and dry cleaning done in the area but for us, we have tried numerous local places in our local area and always come back to Sim in Waterford. Even garment repairs are exceptional and fairly priced. We must add, Sim can get out stains the others claim to remove but don't. Thank you,

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! I went their to get a suit jacket altered, was quoted $24.00. When I went to pick up the jacket they charged me $9.00, I thought bonus it was less than expected. NOT!!!! When I tried it on at home found out that they did not alter it just took pins out and cleaned it. Took jacket back up there was advised that they would only charge for a repair. When I went back there a second time they charged me the full $24.00 and would not budge on the price. It needed altered not cleaned. So I had to pay $33.00, when I was quoted $24.00, went up there twice and took longer than I expected. What a rip, I hope these people take lessons on customer service.
