My 10 year old daughter needed her blood drawn and we had a wonderful experience here. Her lab order wasn’t in the system so Beth called our doctor’s office at 4:15pm and was able to work it out with them. She then came back with us and helped keep my daughter calm and still while the phlebotomist drew her blood. He was super efficient and accurate.

Very polite. I had trouble finding it though, because they moved to 4400 Highland from 5800 Highland 4 years ago, but it was never updated on Google maps. Very accessible with access from both Highland & Pontiac Lk. Roads.

In past no issues, today I simply signed in told the lady my doctor was sending order over and she replied, “Well there’s 5 ppl in front of you”. I replied, ok thanks. Later, when working on something else she loudly shouted, “Jesus!”. So rude and inappropriate for a doctors office setting.

Not the nicest people. But once they figured out the all of the problems were to blame on a new computer system, they got my blood draw done within 3 minutes.

Rude and snotty group of people. Watched a patient walk up to an open window - and the lab tech slammed the little window door in his face and say "You need to stand 6ft back" . Yelled at an elderly disabled man for having a seat to close to another patient. Everyone was curt and short with all the patients. There was no need for that - this is all new to everyone. This is just tiny example of the poor customer service that was taking place through my entire visit. Shame on them - your in healthcare to help people.

Very organized..short wait time.
